6 Material Specifications and Submission 1. Materials deadline for Exhibition Catalogue and Visitor Guide: 15 August 2. Acceptable File Format: PDF (Portable Document Format) a. It is important that exhibitors supplying files in PDF format ensure that proofs are thoroughly checked, all fonts are embedded, and that images are at the correct resolution prior to conversion. b. All advertisement files with content should be submitted in high resolution (300dpi) using CMYK. 3. Files for advertisements and company logos can be sent via attachment (max 3MB) to 4.
