12 DETAILS & INFORMATION IMPORTANT NOTES Sponsor must be an exhibitor at the 2018 AALL Annual Meeting & Conference. Sponsor, artwork, and/or materials are subject to acceptance and approval by AALL. Pricing includes production and installation unless otherwise indicated. Space/opportunity is reserved with signed Sponsorship Agreement. AALL will invoice for fees with signed Sponsorship Agreement. Payment is due in full by May 25, Mechanical specifications and advertising deadlines will be given with signed Sponsorship Agreement.
