L o c a t i o n & L o d g i n g : A special group rate of $128.00/night (plus tax) is available for conference attendees at the host hotel, Hilton Burlington. Call the hotel directly at (802) and mention that you are with the Northeast Fish & Wildlife Conference to receive the group rate. This rate will be available until the cutoff date of Friday, March 23, 2018 unless the block is sold out prior to that date. Should the block sell out prior to the cutoff date, we will make every effort to secure rooms at an overflow hotel near the host hotel, and with a rate similar to the original rate. 4 Conference Sponsorships: Sponsors will receive varying levels of visibility at the conference appropriate to their investment. Please review the entitlement grid on following page for details and select the sponsor level that s right for you! Sunday Welcome Reception - $2,000. Monday Dinner Event - $2,500. 5 Directors Meals: Directors or Administrators Breakfast or Luncheons- $3,000/ meal. (Monday or Tuesday Includes cost of food, AV) Directors meal sponsorships are available only to Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond level sponsors. *Priority for date/meal will be given to organizations that sponsor at a higher level. All Directors meal sponsorships will be confirmed by February 1 st. Sponsorship recognition will include: company logo on conference website and signage, a brief listing in the final program, one complimentary conference registration, brief opportunity to address the group sponsored event. Exhibit Space Exhibit Space: Single Table: $750/$850 Double Table: $1,400.00/$1, (early/late) Non-Profit Single Table: $500 *Early Rate is valid prior to Feb. 1 st, Display space includes a 6 skirted table and chair, and one conference registration. Space will be assigned on a first paid, first served basis. Power & internet for space is not included in the fee and will be available for an additional charge. A form to order power and phone lines directly will be sent with your confirmation information. Exhibit Set Up: Sunday, April 15 th, 2:00-6:00 p.m. Exhibit Hours: During continental breakfast and refreshment breaks and when group is not in session, starting at 7:30 a.m. on Monday, and ending at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Exhibit Tear Down: After 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 17 th. Additional Information: Additional Attendee Registrations: $300 required for every additional attendee (above what s included with exhibit space or sponsorship level). Awards Reception tickets are available for $55 per person. Want more exposure?
