2 Sponsorship Opportunities SAMPLING/DEMO STATIONS in the Networking Hub 1,150 + VAT for a morning or afternoon session The Networking Hubs will be central meeting / catering spaces in each hall at IFE and will be a hive of activity throughout the duration of the show Benefit from optimum exposure during the show alongside the media hub and coffee/catering points 3 sampling pods available in each Networking hub ENTRANCE SPONSORSHIP - 4,950 + VAT Branded shell/voiles Branded staff clothing - to be provided by the sponsor Up to 2 staff (provided by sponsor) sampling product inside entrance (subject to sampling regulations) COUNTDOWN TO THE EVENT 4,500 + VAT Get involved in the pre-show excitement and anticipation by sponsoring the countdown timer on the IFE website (Activated as soon as you come on board) i.e. the countdown to IFE is sponsored by.

3 GIANT FLOOR PLANS 1,000 + VAT ( 3,000 + VAT for Exclusive Sponsorship) Placed at various locations across the show, Giant Floor Plans provide easy reference points to help visitors navigate the show and locate areas of interest As a sponsor - your stand will be highlighted and the logo will appear with text sponsored by YOUR COMPANY NAME (will also include other theatre sponsors) VISITOR BADGE SPONSORSHIP 10,000 + VAT Badges will be given to all pre-registered and onsite attendees to IFE 2017 and worn by all Sponsor logo will appear in colour on visitor badges Artwork to be provided to Fresh Montgomery in eps format and subject to deadline date SHOW BAG SPONSORSHIP 5,000 + VAT Increase visibility throughout the exhibition with branded carrier bags (hessian or biodegradable plastic) Distributed at the hall entrances during IFE 2017 to all visitors as they arrive includes the opportunity to incorporate samples or your company literature Must include show logo (Sponsor to supply bags)

4 SAMPLING/PROMO IN THE AISLES VAT per day Sample your products, distribute your products in the aisles Up to three companies per product section (a maximum of two staff per company) may sample products or distribute literature beyond the confines of your stand and within any of the aisles across the show FLOORTILES - From 1,000 + VAT (for 5 floor tiles) Place your company name and logo on carpet tiles to increase visibility and direct visitors to your stand Advertise on 0.5m x 0.5m 4-colour floor tiles strategically located within the exhibition halls (locations to be agreed by Fresh Montgomery) LANYARDS 5,000 + VAT Constant brand visibility with lanyards distributed at the visitor registration points and in eyeshot across the show Worn by all visitors (20,000 Lanyards to be provided by sponsor)

5 IFE TV EXPOSURE High visibility in the Central Hubs of IFE to get your brand noticed, your message heard and to drive key buyers to your stand. Your own bespoke advertorial filmed on the first morning of the show which will then be streamed on the large screens in the Central Hubs of the show across the 4 days. Four packages available PLATINUM Exclusive Channel Sponsor 5,000+VAT GOLD Live interview repeated 3 times a day 1,500+VAT The exclusive Channel Sponsor of IFE TV Your brand will be in view throughout the live broadcast. Your logo will be on the microphones held by the presenters and at the screen sites. You will have the first featured interview at the show Your interview, recorded live at the show, repeated four times a day on all four days of the show. A video/still advert at the opening of the show and shown at least 6 times a day A professional presenter will interview your company Benefit from advice on getting your message across The video will go out live and last around 4 minutes The interview will be repeated 3 times a day throughout the show Be seen on screens all around the venue and live to a global audience via the show websites. SILVER Video advert played at least 4 times a day 700+VAT Your company s message on screens around the venue and live to the website Video can last up to 30 seconds It can be a pre-recorded advert, corporate video, a special announcement or product displays and logo BRONZE still advert lasting 10 seconds and shown 6 times a day 300+VAT 10 second still advert shown on the live broadcast of IFE TV a minimum of 6 times each of the four show days The advert can be supplied as an image file or a powerpoint slide
