3 1.0 Executive Summary Simply Visible SA is a company that specializes in alternative outdoor media. Our goal is to provide value to our clients by saving them advertising costs and at the same time increasing visibility and ultimately profitability. We have been operating for 5 years and we are preferred partners to brands like Audi, Mercedes Benz, Pizza Perfect, Ocean Basket and Sedgars amongst plenty others. We pride ourselves with excellent service and great dynamism to fulfill whatever task is brought before us. 2.0 Problem Statement Brand and product visibility is an integral part of any business as brands / products need to be seen everywhere and frequently such the brands remains top of mind and ahead of the competition. The biggest challenge with brand visibility is COST, CLUTTER, REACH and ACCESS to difficult markets.
4 3.0 Proposed Solution The solution to this problem can be simply solved by using Mobile Billboards. Mobile Billboards are at eye level and have 3 massive sides that are very hard to miss. Simply Visible Mobile Billboards are always clean, neat and positioned correctly in high traffic intersections to maximize exposure. We check on them daily and if any of the prints get damaged due to weather or Vandalism are replaced within 48hrs. The lost time is also added to your campaign. Mobile billboards are moved to a new location at least once every week so that your campaign gets maximum reach.
5 3.1 Methodology We have 100 s of locations to choose from. We can work anywhere in Gauteng. We do other provinces on request but not all are suitable for trailer advertising like coastal cities due to high winds. How do you get your Campaign on the road quickly? Please see info graphic:
6 3.2 How does Mobile billboards Compare to Static Billboards? Static Billboards Cost up to 5 times as much as Mobile Billboards Mobile Billboards cover a larger geographical area and therefore have higher reach Static Billboards are affected by Clutter. Too many billboards reduce impact were as Mobile Billboards are more noticeable and not as affected by clutter Research has shown that Mobile Billboards have a high recall rate vs Static Billboards Research: Mobile billboards are viewed by 95% of people that go by them and are read by 85% of them. Almost TWICE the attention that static billboards receive! Outdoor Advertising Association of America Mobile advertising generates 2.5 times more attention than a static billboard. Perception research 97% of the people who read the mobile billboard recall what they read. Outdoor Advertising Magazine TACA s market research July/August 2002 Outdoor advertising delivers immediate results for advertisers. 29% say outdoor advertising caused them to visit a retail store within a week. The more time spent in the car, the more likely that outdoor advertising motivates consumers to visit a retail store. Arbitron National In-Car Study, % of respondents say mobile advertising is more effective than traditional outdoor advertising. 10 4.2 Payment Payment is to be made in advance at the beginning of the campaign. 50% of the invoice value is required for commencement of the campaign 4.3 Legal Matters This proposal is not a contract. When the proposal is accepted, a contract will be drawn up and signed by both parties.
