Weekly production targets trigger the allocation of tasks for the week. Work orders are imported from the ERP system to show all area activities on one plan. DAILY / REVIEW MPX cascades the information from the weekly plan down into a 24 hour plan that is updated using the previous shifts results. Previous 24 hour results are reviewed and data cleansed. 3 MPX cascades down into individual shift plans based on handover and current shift plan data.
