2 INTRODUCTION Morneau Shepell presents the participants guide to its 2016 National Compensation Survey. This survey is a unique and important information resource on the annual cash compensation offered to 181 benchmark positions in Canada. The president and chief executive officer directs and monitors the activities of senior management to ensure that the organization s mission and objectives are attained President and Chief Operating Officer F: Very high More than 15 years In a large for profit organization, plans, coordinates, directs and monitors all of the human, financial and material resources required to ensure that operational objectives are attained. ly reports to a chairman and chief executive officer Executive Vice President/General Manager F: Very high More than 15 years In a medium sized for profit organization, public sector agency or non profit organization, plans, coordinates, directs and monitors all human, financial and material resources.
