2 1 Prepayment Metering and Management Solutions RUVICK ENERGY prepayment metering and management solution is a web-based integrated power management system for PLC/RF prepayment STS meters. The main objective is to offer a comprehensive revenue enhancement solution to Utilities that includes but not limited to Energy audits, Meter audits, Revenue Analysis, Energy interventions and supply and installation of smart meters, vending, meter management and collections as its core business. It can be united with third party s(i.e. bank s) network, billing company and others to provide value-added services. Multi-vending methods and 24-hour service are available. It can help utility companies and users on payment collection, management automation, load control, etc; and thus simplifies bill collection and management, reduces operation cost and improves revenue recovery and work efficiency. 4 3 Meter introduction RUVICK ENERGY STS keypad prepayment energy meter is kwh measurement instrument which uses a virtual media token(20 digits) as the media of transferring credit. The user will input the token into the meter via keypad. After accepting the token, the meter will decode the token and then being charged with credit purchased by user. Besides prepayment function and KWh measurement function, the meter also has real-time clock module, load control switch, etc. Features and functions 1. User interface: digit keypad, big and wide. 2. STS compliance; 3. Items on LCD: date & time, consumption KWh, voltage, current, estimated date of power running out, etc; 4. LED indication: power indicator/ rate consumption; 5. Short code display: meter ID, total KWh, date & time, meter status (Overload, reverse energy, terminal cover opened), last credit purchased, KWh usage last month, voltage, etc; 6. Reverse power measured forwardly; 7. Load control function with threshold 8. Over-draft function; 9. Multi-level warning function; 10. Pre and post payment function AMI Solution
