Release Ntes Changes in the Custmizing Structure fr Persnnel & Organizatin As f EA-HRRXX 607 SP14, the Custmizing structure fr Persnnel & Organizatin has been restructured in the Basic Settings and Inftypes sectins: Basic Settings The Activate Change Dcuments Custmizing activity has been mved t the Security sectin and is nw lcated under Security -> Data Privacy -> Lgging -> Set Up Change Dcuments fr Organizatinal Objects. Inftypes Under Inftypes -> Inftypes fr Emplyees, the settings fr decupling inftypes have been restructured and reduced: Many single activities are nt required if an inftype is decupled with the PM01 transactin. This change des nt affect any settings that have been made with the structure delivered with previus shipments f the Persnnel & Organizatin Custmizing structure Persnnel & Organizatin: New HR Prfessinal Cmpsite Rle (New) As f EA-HRGXX 607 SP14, a new HR Prfessinal cmpsite rle (technical name: SAP_PAO_HRPROFESSIONAL_3) is available. PY-CH Switzerland Business Functin HCM, Cncurrent Emplyment fr+ PY CH (New) As f SAP enhancement package 7 fr SAP ERP 6.0 SP14 (EA-HRGXX 607), the business functin HCM_LOC_CI_43: Business Functin HCM, Cncurrent Emplyment fr Payrll Switzerland is available. Yu can use this business functin t use the lcalizatin f the internatinal cncurrent emplyment framewrk (CE) fr the Swiss Payrll. The lcalizatin f cncurrent emplyment enables yu t meet the legal and general business requirements fr emplyees in Switzerland wh hld multiple psitins. This business functin includes the fllwing areas: Emplyee recgnitin: When a persn is hire, the system detects whether the persn already has an emplyment cntract. Payrll: In the calculatin f the SI cntributins (in particular the net/grss calculatin and net wage cmpensatin, the system analyzes all the cntracts f a persn tgether. SI cntributins and wages subject t cntributins are distributed t a persn's cntracts in prprtin t the respective incme. Reprting: In general, yu can select persn-specific reprts accrding t the persn ID. In the wage statement, wage accunt and remuneratin statement, yu can utput the data per cntract r per persn. Teacher remuneratin: Fr custmer develpments fr teaching staff payrll, yu can use a new class. This class accesses adjustable data, fr example, teaching and nn-teaching perids. Nte: T use this Business Functin, yu have t activate the Enterprise Extensin Human Capital Management (EA-HR). Effects n Existing Data The functins use the existing inftype data f Payrll Switzerland. T be able t use cncurrent emplyment, the CE master data must be activated in yur system. The system then uses the persn ID instead f the persnnel number t identify a persn. Fr mre infrmatin, see SAP Nte In the area menu, the CE versins f the persn-specific reprts are called nce the business functin has been activated. *_CE is added t the reprt names. In the reprts, yu can als specify the persn ID as a selectin criterin. Nte: If yu activate the business functin, yu may n lnger perfrm retractive accunting in perids fr which payrll results were already generated befre the activatin. If payrll results already exist, yu can nly switch after the year-end clsing.
