Befre prceeding with the installatin, read the Related Ntes listed belw. Dwnlad and Installatin Instructins T dwnlad and install Planning and Cnslidatin 10.0, perfrm the fllwing steps: 1. T dwnlad the latest versin f Planning and Cnslidatin 10.0, g t -> Sftware Dwnlads -> Supprt Packages and Patches -> A - Z Index -> "B" -> SAP BPC FOR MICROSOFT -> SBOP PC 10.0 FOR MICROSOFT -> Cmprised Sftware Cmpnent Versins -> SAP CPM BPC 10.0 M -> Windws Server n x64 64bit -> Dwnlads. 2. Frm the Server Install screen, select "Install the Planning and Cnslidatin server" and fllw the instructins prvided. Prerequisites 1. If yu want t keep and refer t a previus versin f ApShell, back it up using Server Manager befre uninstalling 7.5. The name f the sample database in EPM 10 is EnvirnmentShell. Yu can restre the ApShell by running 'Restre database' in Server Manager. 2. The upgrade prgram prmpts yu fr newer versins f AntiXssLibrary.dll than used in earlier versins f Planning and Cnslidatin. The Micrsft Windws AD authenticatin type in CMS des nt allw yu t use a user accunt that cntains Unicde (nn-ascii) characters, as a relevant Java Kerbers library des nt supprt Unicde cmpatibility. If yu want t use the accunt in Planning and Cnslidatin, mdify the accunt name in CMS befre assigning the user t Planning and Cnslidatin. " < > ;, in the accunt name (User ID) in CMS authenticatin mde because the Micrsft Windws file system des nt supprt these characters fr file names and flder names. ApShell in 7.5 includes the "Imprt SQL" r "Imprt SQL int Fact" packages that prmpt yu t enter the SQL database. (In versins 5.1 and 7.0, the prmpt was missing.)
