5 Integratin f SAP TM and SAP CRM Yu can use service prducts frm the SAP Transprtatin Management (SAP TM) system in pprtunities in SAP Custmer Relatinship Management (SAP CRM). Subsequently, yu can create frwarding agreement qutatins frm the pprtunities. This enables sales agents frm carriers r lgistics service prviders (LSPs) t sell service prducts t prspective custmers such as shippers r ther LSPs. The sales agent can prcess a request frm a custmer in an pprtunity in SAP CRM and then send the price qutatin t the custmer in the frwarding agreement qutatin in SAP TM. 7 1 Settings in SAP TM This sectin describes the cnfiguratin settings yu need t make t integrate the SAP TM system with the SAP CRM system. SAP AG 7

8 1.1 Defining RFC Cnnectin t SAP CRM System The remte functin call (RFC) cnnectin t SAP CRM and the definitin f the lgical system serve as base definitins fr cnnecting all systems t the SAP Transprtatin Management (SAP TM) system. Yu can use this prcedure t define which f the cnnected systems is a SAP CRM system. Prcedure 1. G t the transactin SM59(RFC Destinatins (Display/Maintain) ) 2. Chse Create, and enter the fllwing data: RFC destinatin (fr example, CRMCLNT001) Cnnectin type: 3 (Cnnectin t ABAP System) Descriptin fr yur RFC cnnectin 3. On the Technical Settings tab page, enter the fllwing data: Target Hst This is the hst name f yur SAP CRM system (fr example, ldcicrm.wdf.sap.crp). System Number This is the SAP system number f yur SAP CRM system (fr example, 29). 4. On the Lgn & Security tab page, select the check bx Current User. D nt specify a User 5. Save the RFC cnnectin. Yu must use the rle SAP_S_RFCACL in bth the SAP TM and SAP CRM systems. In SAP TM, yu must use the rle custmer settlement specialist /SCMTMS/CUSTOMER_SETTLEMENT_SP. SAP AG 8

9 1.2 Defining Lgical System fr SAP CRM System Prcedure 1. G t the transactin BD54 (Maintaining Lgical Systems ). 2. Chse New Entries, and enter the fllwing data: Lgical System Enter yur lgical system (fr example, CRMCLNT001). Name Enter the name f yur lgical system. Save yur entries. SAP AG 9

10 1.3 Assigning RFC Destinatin t Lgical Systems Prcedure 1. G t the BD97 transactin (Assign RFC Destinatin t Lgical Systems). 2. Chse the lgical system (fr example, CRMCLNT001). 3. Chse Standard BAPI Destinatin. 4. Enter the RFC destinatin fr BAPI calls. 5. Save yur entries. SAP AG 10

11 1.4 Definitins fr RFC Cnnectins Yu use this prcedure t specify the parameters t indicate the RFC destinatins which receive data. The required parameters include, fr example, cnsumer, client, bject name, and dwnlad type. Prcedure 1. G t transactin SM30 (Call View Maintenance). 2. In the Table/View field, enter the table name CRMRFCPAR. 3. Chse Maintain, New Entries, and enter the fllwing data: Fr initial dwnlad: User: CRM Object Name: TM_SERVICE_PROD Destinatin: RFC destinatin (fr example, CRMCLNT001) Lad Type: Initial Dwnlad Fr delta dwnlad: User: CRM Object Name: TM_SERVICE_PROD Destinatin: RFC destinatin (fr example, CRMCLNT001) Lad Type: Delta Dwnlad Fr dcument reference: User: CRM Object Name: RESPONSE_TM Destinatin: RFC destinatin (fr example, CRMCLNT001) Lad Type: Delta Dwnlad 4. 12 1.5 Assigning Lgical System t System Name Prcedure 1. In Custmizing fr Transprtatin Management, chse Integratin Assign Lgical System t System Names. 2. Chse New Entries. 3. Assign a name t a CRM lgical system: Name (fr example, CRMTEST) Lgical system (fr example, CRMCLNT001) Yu can cnnect nly ne SAP CRM system t the SAP TM system. 4. Save yur entries. SAP AG 12

13 1.6 Selecting Item Types Prcedure 1. In Custmizing fr Transprtatin Management, chse Master Data Agreements and Service Prducts Define FWA and Service Prduct Item Types. 2. Chse an Item Type that yu want t use in the CRM system. 3. Select the Enable CRM checkbx and enter a name in the System Name field. 4. Save yur entries. SAP AG 13

14 2 Assigning Item Types t Service Prducts Yu use this prcedure t enter the service prducts that yu want t use in the SAP Custmer Relatinship Management (SAP CRM) system in a service prduct catalg. Prcedure 1. In SAP NetWeaver Business Client, under Master Data Charge Management and Service Prduct Catalgs Service Prduct Catalgs, create r edit an existing catalg. 2. At item level, chse Insert Service Prduct. 3. Enter the item type fr which yu have enabled CRM in Custmizing. Fr mre infrmatin, see Selecting Item Types [Page 13] 4. Save yur entries. SAP AG 14

15 3 Prerequisites fr SAP CRM Yu have imprted business partners and sales rganizatins frm the SAP ERP system t bth the SAP Custmer Relatinship Management system and the SAP Transprtatin Management system SAP AG 15

17 4.1 Activating the Business Functin Yu activate the business functin t enable the user t cnvert pprtunites in SAP Custmer Relatinship Management t frwarding agreement qutatins in SAP Transprtatin Management. Prcedure 1. Gt transactin SFW5. 2. Under ENTERPRISE_BUSINESS_FUNCTIONS, chse CRM_TM_O2A. 3. Select the Planned State checkbx fr the business functin yu want t activate. 4. The system infrms yu abut any missing sftware cmpnents r supprt packages. 5. Chse Activate Changes. 6. Save yur entries. SAP AG 17

19 4.3 Defining the Lgical System fr SAP TM Yu use this prcedure t define the lgical system in which SAP Transprtatin Management (SAP TM) is fund. Prcedure 1. In Custmizing fr SAP Custmer Relatinship Management, chse CRM Middleware and Related Cmpnents Cmmunicatin Setup Set Up Lgical Systems Define Lgical System. 2. Chse New Entries and enter the lgical system fr SAP TM, (fr example, TM1CLNT001) and the name f the lgical system. 3. Save yur entries. SAP AG 19

20 4.4 Assigning an RFC Destinatin t Lgical Systems Yu use this prcedure t assign an SAP Transprtatin Management (SAP TM) RFC destinatin t an SAP TM lgical system in SAP Custmer Relatinship Management (SAP CRM). Prcedure 1. G t the transactin BD97 (Assign RFC destinatin t Lgical Systems). 2. Chse the lgical system (example TM1CLNT001). 3. Chse Standard BAPI destinatin. 4. Enter the RFC destinatin fr Business Applicatin Prgramming Interface (BAPI) calls. 5. Save yur entries. SAP AG 20

21 4.5 Creating Sites Yu use this prcedure t create a site required fr initially dwnlading all the service prducts frm SAP Transprtatin Management (SAP TM). Prcedure 1. In Custmizing fr SAP Custmer Relatinship Management, chse CRM Middleware and Related Cmpnents Cmmunicatin Setup Create Sites and Subscriptins. 2. Chse the bject type Sites and create a site, fr example: Name: TM_TM1_001 Descriptin: As apprpriate Type: R/3 3. Chse the Site Attributes pushbuttn and select an existing RFC destinatin (fr example, TM1CLNT001) 4. Save yur entries. SAP AG 21

22 4.6 Defining Transactin Launcher Lgical Systems and URLs Yu use this prcedure t enable the system t display SAP Transprtatin Management (SAP TM) user interfaces and access SAP TM data. Prcedure 1. G t transactin SM30 (Call View Maintenance). 2. In the Table/View field, enter the table name CRMV_IC_BORADM. 3. Assign the lgical system name (fr example, TM1CLNT001) t the Mapping field with the entry as TM. 4. Save yur entries. SAP AG 22

23 4.7 Maintaining Categries and Hierarchies Prcedure 1. G t transactin Maintain Categries and Hierarchies (transactin COMM_HIERARCHY). 2. Chse New Hierarchy r edit an existing hierarchy. 3. Enter a hierarchy ID (fr example, TM01). 4. Chse New Categry r edit an existing categry. 5. Enter Rt Categry as the categry ID and add descriptin in the shrt text field. 6. Enter Service as the prduct type. 7. Chse ROOT 8. Chse New Categry 9. Enter SRV_ as categry ID and add a descriptin in the shrt text field. 10. Enter Service as prduct type. 11. Save yur entries. 24 4.8 Assigning Hierarchies t Applicatins Prcedure 1. G t transactin Assign Hierachies t Applicatins (COMM_PRAPPLCAT). 2. Chse New Entries. 3. In the Applicatin field, enter Prduct and the hierarchy ID yu specified earlier (fr example, TM01). 4. G t theassgmt per Prduct Type fr Applicatin 'Prduct' screen. 5. In the Prduct Type field, enter Service and the hierarchy ID yu have specified earlier (fr example, TM01). 6. Save yur entries. SAP AG 24

25 4.9 Assigning Prduct Categries fr the Service Prduct Dwnlad Prcedure 1. In Custmizing fr SAP Custmer Relatinship Management, chse Transactins Settings fr Opprtunities Integratin with SAP Transprtatin Management Assign Prduct Categry fr Service Prduct Dwnlad. 2. Chse New Entries. 3. Enter the hierarchy ID yu have specified earlier (fr example, TM01). 4. Enter the categry ID yu have specified earlier (fr example, SRV_). 5. Save yur entries. SAP AG 25

26 5 Starting the Initial Dwnlad t the SAP CRM System Yu can use this prcedure t dwnlad all the service prducts that yu selected fr dwnlad in the SAP Transprtatin Management (SAP TM) system. Prcedure 1. G t transactin Start Initial Lad (transactin R3AS). 2. Specify the fllwing data: TM_SERVICE_PROD in the Lad Object field. Enter Surce Site (Sender) as specified in the chapter Creating Sites [Page 21] (fr example, TM_TM1_001). 3. Enter CRM as the destinatin site. 4. Chse Execute. The system dwnlads all the service prducts t SAP Custmer Relatinship Management (SAP CRM) master data. The system autmatically perfrms a delta dwnlad (dwnlads the service prducts after the initial dwnlad), when yu enter a service prduct in a service prduct catalg. Fr mre infrmatin, see Entering a Service Prduct in a Service Prduct Catalg [Page 14]. If yu delete a service prduct in the SAP TM system, the SAP CRM system autmatically gives the service prduct the status f T Archive. The service prduct cannt be used in an pprtunity. After dwnlading the service prducts, yu can use the prducts in pprtunities and subsequently create frwarding agreement qutatins. SAP AG 26
