3 *Managing Customer Contracts The functionalities of the ERP system will provide the users at EPIL the various tools to quote and Win Successful Projects. The system should assist projects in this stage by providing: *Record the scope of work, as released in the Tender by 34 the client. *The ability to perform Estimation against various Cost 35 Elements. Material, manpower and other costs requirements would be automatically connected to the activities. 5 Risk Handling Capability Integration with 3rd Party Tools *The project module will interface seamlessly two ways with Microsoft Project and/or Primavera. This would help to: Take advantage of the project planning tool s scheduling functionality to do a critical-path analysis.
