21 Current Developments Change Management Implement General Change Management in Solution Manager All SAP and non-sap changes to IT systems Solution Manager Change Management will be implemented for initiating, planning, executing & monitoring all the Change Requirements with complete documentation and a status based workflow will also be configured to meet the needs of various stages of Change lifecycle Expected go-live December 2013 To replace current spread sheet/sharepoint based system for SAP changes and SharePoint Change Management system for non-sap changes 21
