7 Thermal insulation Thermal insulation solutions including design, fabrication, removal and replacement We provide an extensive range of high performance thermal, acoustic and cryogenic industrial insulation solutions including ferrous and non-ferrous metal cladding systems. We install the Kalzip modular external insulation system designed for easy installation and removal and to aid maintenance. 12

8 Protective coatings Designed for their integrity and durability, specialist polymer and resin coatings can protect structural steelwork, pipework and ducting, and water systems from risk of corrosion, fire or static discharge which can cause costly plant shut down. OCS Environmental Services provide a full on-site service that includes grit blasting, repair and preparation, with spray and brush application that can be undertaken with minimum operational disruption. 14
