Cu.m. 450 PART B : EXTERNAL DRAINAGE SYSTEM 01 Providing and laying of PVC sewer line for underground drainage laid under the soil with required slopes, confirming to IS 4985 of Agricultural series - 6 kgs / sq.cm pressure rated, jointing with solvent cement followed by application leak proof adhesives of FRP paste, including haunching / covering only the joints with cement concrete 1:3:6 at all the joints and testing of joints etc., complete as per specifications. a) 110 mm dia - 6kg/sq.cm pr. Rated Mtr Providing and Construction of brick masonry inspection chambers of internal clear dimension as mentioned below by using first class table moulded modular bricks 230 mm thick wall in cement mortar joints in 1:4, over CC 1:4:8 bed 150 mm thick including providing precast RCC top slab in 1:2:4 Mix (1 cement: 2 coarse coarse sand: 8 graded stone aggregate), with angle iron frame, inside plastering15mm thick with CM 1:3 (1 cement::3 fine sand) finished very smooth with floating coat of neat cement & making benching and channelling in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate) neatly finished complete as per standard design and as per drawing and specifications. 6 03 Providing and constructing of Clear size 1400 mm dia conical manhole at bottom with 560 mm dia at top with pre cast RCC cover with frame (as per standard make or SFRC / southern concrete company), PVC encapsulated foot rest staggered at 300 mm apart etc., complete wall thickness 230 mm, CC bed 150 mm thick, plastering internal and external in CM 1:4 with adding water proof compound as per manufacture details including consolidation disposing the excess earth to all leads curing, finishing back filling etc., complete as per specifications. a) Depth 1500 to 2000mm Nos Excavating trenches of required width and depth for external underground drainage pipes, in all kinds of soil excluding soft rock and hard rock including excavation for sockets and dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms & getting out the excavated soil & then refilling the trench with soil as required in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering etc., including disposal of excess soil to all leads or as instructed by the site Engineer. a) Regular soil Cu.m. 600 b) Excavating Soft rock Cu.m. 0 c) Excavating Hard rock Cu.m. 0 6 of 7 SR Consultants

7 PART C- PUMPS : 01 Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of Submersible pumps (HNS) for Landscaping, Make: Grundfos, Flow rate - 15 cum/hour, Head - 70m, with one working and one standby. The pump shall be coupled to adequate H.P. electrical motor, mounted on a common base frame made out of 'GI' with necessary bolts and nuts, complete as per specifications.
