ALL HANGING SIGNS MUST BE APPROVED BY PARAMOUNT INSTRUCTIONS All ceiling rigging must conform to Show Management rules and regulations and facility limitations. All overhead hanging must be installed, and removed by Paramount. Please refer to the Paramount Terms and Conditions found in the Exhibitors Services Manual as it relates. Please complete the enclosed Labor Order Form for labor to assemble your hanging sign. Set up instructions must be provided for signs needing assembly. Hanging anchor points must be pre-fabricated and ready for use. WAREHOUSE DEADLINE: Overhead hanging signs are to be sent in separate containers directly to advance warehouse using the enclosed Hanging Sign Labels. This container MUST arrive no later than Friday, February 16, If you will have any issues with your shipment arriving by this date please contact Andy Victor at If these procedures are not followed Paramount cannot guarantee the hanging of your sign. 2 Hanging Sign Labor Rules & Regulations EXHIBIT RIGGING AND HANGING SIGNS INFORMATION Rigging points at the vary considerably. Rigging of exhibit components, trusses and hanging signs are allowed above 6+ booth spaces only. No hanging or rigging components can exceed the outer boundaries of the exhibit booth's perimeter or the safe loading of the facility ceiling. The bottom of the booth s sign must be at least 12 off the show floor and the maximum height of an island booth at Commodity Classic in the Anaheim Convention Center is twenty-two feet, when ceiling height and rigging permit (22' from the floor to the top of any booth components and signs). Suspended truss or rigging hardware used to support signs or lighting is not considered part of the booth and is not factored into the maximum booth height. Signs and/or lighting should not be more than 50% of your booth space in size. Consult Paramount Convention Services for exact maximum dimensions. All rigging and hanging at the show is performed by Paramount Convention Services (PCS) Rigging Services, to maintain show installation/removal schedules. Booth components, including truss and signs weighing over 250 pounds and requiring rigging must be preapproved by Paramount Convention Services (PCS). Booth rigging designs must be submitted to Paramount Convention Services (PCS) a minimum of 60 days prior to move-in for review and certification. 3 Hanging Sign Labor Rules & Regulations The aisles, passageways and overhead spaces remain strictly under control of Commodity Classic. No signs, decorations, banners, advertising matter or special exhibits will be permitted in these areas except by purchase of aisle space and special permission of Commodity Classic. No overhead signage / materials may be hung from the ceiling by exhibitors, except islands of 6 or greater booths may hang professionally-produced signage and/or lighting over their ground- supported booth. Lighting must be indirect and completely shielded to eliminate glare and interference with other exhibitors and guests. The use of flashing or rotating lights will not be allowed. Products on display which have such lighting must be pre-approved by Show Management. The bottom of the booth s hanging sign must be at least 12 off the show floor and the top of the booth's sign must not extend more than 22' from the exhibit hall floor. Signage, draping and lighting MAY NOT block any Commodity Classic signage or other booths. Hanging signs and/or lighting must be hung directly over the booth and not the aisles. All signs, regardless of size, should be constructed of lightweight metals and plastics to allow greater flexibility and ease of installation. Signs and/or lighting should not be more than 50% of your booth space in size. All rigging must be requested first through the appointed decorator who will coordinate approval with show management and services as needed with the convention center if they require providing rigging services. All hanging signage and/or lighting must adhere to the policies of the show facility. Commodity Classic reserves the right to refuse the use of such hanging signage and/or lighting that in its opinion is not in keeping with the character or purpose of the Commodity Classic, or causes injury or interferes with the display of other exhibitors. Obstruction of the aisles is strictly prohibited. Should you need to request authorization for rigging to support a booth structure that comes from the floor up, please submit to the Commodity Classic decorator. Approval for the use of hanging signs, draping and graphics, at any height, must be received by the Commodity Classic decorator at least 60 days prior to installation to meet Convention Center requirements. Variances may be issued at the exhibit management s discretion. Drawings should be available for inspection.

4 Structural Integrity Statement All orders MUST have a credit card on file. Please include this form with your hanging sign order form. STRUCTURAL INTEGRITY STATEMENT THIS FORM MUST BE RETURNED FOR ALL SUSPENDED STRUCTURES. The contracted exhibitor at the and (if applicable), the display house or builder for the aforementioned exhibitor, do hereby certify and guarantee that the stress points for the hanging structure have been properly engineered and tested. We further certify that the structure can be hung safely and has been constructed to meet all applicable regulations and safety measures. We hereby release, indemnify and forever hold harmless the ASSOCIATION,, Paramount Convention Services, and its subsidiaries, their directors, officers, employees, representatives, agents and contractors from and against any and all liability, claims, damage, loss, fines, or penalties arising from the installation, use or dismantling of this structure.
