Duly filled forms along with details of your firm may be submitted or sent by post addressed to: The Secretary, Karnataka State Council for Science and Technology, Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore , Karnataka. on or before 22nd November 2011, 5.00 PM The Last date of Receipt of Sealed Tender Forms is extended up to 02nd December Sealed envelop with clear marking of: Tender form for Rainwater Harvesting Resource Center, Utthan, Allahabad Tender will be opened on 5th December 2011 at 3 00 PM at KSCST, Bangalore Other Terms and conditions remain unaltered. General Information: Firms with experience in establishing RWH systems are preferred. Visit to site before quoting is a prerequisite. Quoted prices and the cost of execution will not be varied and no enhancement will be allowed. Final bill will be paid on complete installation of all the components of the contract. Work progress will be reviewed after 45 days and appropriate part payment (up to a maximum of 75% of the work executed) will be released based on the recommendation of the Principal Investigator. 5% of the order value will be released after 6 months from the date of commissioning Certification on each item or component for satisfactory installation or execution is required from the Principal Investigator of the project. Clarifications and advice on specifications will be provided at KSCST, Bangalore by the Principal Investigator during working hours of the office. Necessary permissions and clearances for executing the work need to be obtained from the concerned authority at Utthan, Allahabad. Any damage caused to any property at the site while executing work need to be addressed by the contractor at his own risk and cost. General terms of business and safety norms need to be followed for executing the work. Time Schedule: Total of 90 days from the date of issue of work order. Delay in executing the work will attract penalty of 1% of the order value per month.
