TERRART Light façades meet the high standards for quality and aesthetics to which NBK Architectural Terracotta is committed as a leading manufacturer of façade systems. Building owners and design/construction teams can now consider terracotta tiles whenever renovating and reconstructing façades with this system, which supports tiles up to 1,524 mm (5-0 ) in length and 400 mm (1-3¾ ) in height. 5 COLORS AND ENGOBES NATURAL COLORS TERRART Light offers nearly the identical range of natural colors as seen for other portions of the TERRART Light program. NBK s expertise in complex mixing techniques and traditional firing methods set the standard for Terracotta façade design. All NBK Terracotta products are weather and frost resistant ENGOBES Engobe finishes, available in matte, gloss, and semi-gloss, feature white or colored clay slip coating applied to the ceramic body to impart colors or textures. Manufactured in a single-fired process, engobe finishes do not have any coated edges. Architect-specified engobe finishes are also available, allowing an additional range of colors that can be manufactured specifically for a given project
