1 Page 1 of 5 GREGG MEISINGER - PRESIDENT Gregg joined Coe Construction, Inc. in January 2000 and purchased Coe Construction, Inc. from Brian J. Coe on July 1, Gregg has over thirty years of experience in the construction field. He graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in construction management and has worked as an Estimator, Project Manager and as a Superintendent. As the President/CEO he oversees all aspects of our projects from preconstruction services, estimating, construction, closeout and warranty. Gregg is familiar with all of our projects and is always available to offer guidance and problem-solving for our project teams. PROJECT MANAGEMENT Chris Demmler, LEED AP - Operations Manager Chris Demmler has over 20 years experience in the construction industry. During this time Chris s experience has spanned from a Journeyman Carpenter to the owner of a high-end residential contracting company. He has been involved in major mountain resort developments and numerous multifamily building projects. Since July of 2006, during his time at Coe Construction, Chris projects have included numerous hotel renovations, industrial and laboratory facilities, restaurants (ground up and TI), full office complexes, retail core and shell buildings along with multiple tenant finish projects of all types. Chris has experience in all fields of construction, including planning and development, estimating and project supervision. He received his LEED AP accreditation in October 2007 Mark Meleski Project Manager Mark Meleski has over 30 years experience in the construction management industry. He graduated from Colorado State University in 1985 with a degree in Construction Management. He has been involved with a variety of projects including townhomes, restaurants, medical facilities, apartment buildings, schools and multiple tenant improvements. Marks experience includes project management, estimating and site supervision. Mark joined Coe Construction in September Amy Cook Assistant Project Manager Amy has come to Coe Construction with a background in owner s construction representation. She holds a master s degree from Colorado State University in construction management with an emphasis in sustainable building. Additionally, Amy is a LEED Accredited Professional for Operations and Maintenance. Her construction experience includes ground-up, renovations, additions, and tenant finish. Her projects have been from multiple sectors and include; office buildings, higher education, K-12, charter schools, oil and gas, core and shell for commercial development, and tenant finish management for restaurant and retail.
2 ESTIMATING Page 2 of 5 Steve Mertens - Senior Estimator Steve has over twenty years combined experience in the construction industry. His background includes residential and commercial framing, apprenticeship in mechanical and electrical work, and Finish carpentry. Steve has been a commercial estimator for over 14 years. During his previous Estimating experience, he has performed both conceptual and hard bid estimates. Estimated projects ranged up to $6.5 million. Such projects consisted of hospital additions, school additions, recreation Parks, swimming facilities, office buildings, and numerous remodels. Steve joined Coe Construction, Inc. in December 2004 as an estimator to extend coverage of the increasing work load. Steve was promoted to Senior Estimator in September Luke Payne - Estimator After graduating from Colorado State University in 2011, Luke worked for GE Johnson as a Project Engineer. He moved into a subcontractor role in 2013 with Associated Building Specialties as an estimator. Then in January 2016 he was recruited to Pinkard Construction before joining Coe Construction in late August CONTROLLER Stefanie Divito Controller Stefanie joined Coe Construction in January 2017 with a double Master s degree. She received her MBA in April 2016 and continued on to also receive her Master s in accounting shortly after. She has over 10 years experience in accounting and HR, as well as 3 years experience in the construction industry. As the Controller, Stefanie oversees the financial responsibilities from financial report analysis and project evaluations to project projections and financial forecasting. ACCOUNTING Sarah Paul Cost Accountant Sarah joined Coe Construction in July 2016 and currently works in accounts payable/accounts receivable, bookkeeping, and overall administrative and organizational support. She has 10 years of experience in bookkeeping in Northern Colorado, including engineering, chemistry, accounting and construction.
3 Page 3 of 5 ADMINISTRATIVE Jody Price - Project Administrator Jody has over 23 years of experience in Project Administration in the construction industry. Jody is responsible for assisting the project managers on all projects including full execution of subcontractor purchase orders, subcontract agreements, change orders, insurance tracking, owner contracts and all paperwork & project processes through closeout. She also holds additional duties as receptionist and assisting the estimating department in bid solicitations. SUPERINTENDENTS Matt Matheson Senior Superintendent Matt joined Coe Construction in He has over 15 years of construction experience including estimating, superintendent, carpentry, scheduling, architectural drafting and design. Matt holds a degree in construction technology. His superintendent experience includes multi-family, hotels, retail, office buildings, restaurants, medical facilities, and design build projects Roger Stringer - Superintendent Roger has been in the construction field since He has a diverse resume that includes ground up shopping centers, Walgreens in Colorado and New Orleans areas, several projects at the Anheuser Busch/Budweiser plant in Fort Collins, Colorado, nursing and assisted living buildings, medical facilities, school additions and remodels, PetSmart, Pier One, several retail shops, along with many restaurants including Mimi s Café and IHOP, and renovations of other restaurants in Colorado and Louisiana. Larry Houser - Superintendent Larry joined Coe Construction in Larry has over 30 years of supervision/management experience from site work through the Certificate of Occupancy. Larry has worked on projects the size of a tenant finish to $13 million dollar projects. Larry has worked on several medical projects including Salud Family Health Center.
4 Page 4 of 5 Bob Pusheck - Superintendent Bob Pusheck started with Coe Construction in the fall of He has over 25 years of construction knowledge, including experience in residential, office, distillery, hotel, school and medical facilities. Through the years, Bob has helped owners/clients design and then construct the project they had envisioned. He has done all of this while keeping the plans within budget and is willing to work with anyone involved with the project, to bring it to a successful and timely completion. Bob has supervised jobs ranging from $50,000 to $4.5 million in size. He has an Architectural and Residential Design Degree, along with being a LEED Accredited Professional. Shane Whitmore - Superintendent Shane Whitmore joined Coe Construction in 2015, he has over 20 years experience as a superintendent/manager in the construction industry. He specializes in commercial and residential construction. Shane graduated from California State University Long Beach with a B.S. in Industrial Technology, his major being Construction Management. He has worked on a diverse range of projects including residential remodels and ground-ups, various medical facilities, commercial tenant remodels, and commercial ground-ups in California and Colorado. Matt Cramer - Superintendent-Special Projects Matt began working with Coe Construction in While relatively new to the construction industry at that time; he brought with him a diverse background of over 11 years of experience in facilities operations, maintenance, and supervision. His wide-ranging skill set includes carpentry, fabrication, manufacturing, and machining to name a few. Matt has worked on numerous projects involving the development and creation of specialized equipment, heavy machinery, special events, and facilities improvement that have taken him all over the country. Darin Satterwhite - Superintendent Darin has over 17 years of experience in the construction industry. He has worked as a Superintendent, Project Manager and Owner's Representative. He started his career as a Superintendent building schools and athletic complexes. From there, he moved into the project management role for remodels, TIs, and ground-up multi-family, retail and office construction projects. Darin worked as an Owner's Representative for both Sports Authority and Natural Grocers managing remodels, TIs and ground-up projects. He has actively assisted in projects at various phases - from design and estimating to management and construction in different industries including schools, athletic complexes, government buildings, retail, residential and commercial buildings.
