2 SUMMARY factory building was constructed in 1983 and started production in The six (G+5) storied building was constructed as an industrial structure with total floor area of 90,000sq.ft and 21 meters tall. Factory is established in first and second floor, and the building is fully occupied by the factory from first floor to roof. There are no separate sheds other than the main building. There were 350 workers in the factory during the inspection. The building was approved for industrial purpose and the factory during survey, had about 4,446 Workers working on regular basis The Factory was surveyed for electrical safety by Woosun Energy and Construction Co., Ltd. (WEC). The purpose of the survey was to identify significant electrical safety issues and to provide recommendations for remediation based on applicable standards specified by the Accord. The scope of this initial electrical safety inspection was limited to the review and identification of major electrical safety issues. The inspection did not include identification of minor deficiencies, which will be further addressed as part of follow-up inspections. Table below summarizes the major electrical safety issues identified during the inspection. Recommendations have been provided to address each issue. An implementation schedule shall be developed by the factory to remediate each of the findings. The Specific timing of improvements, including any requested extensions due to design / installation Constraints shall be submitted to the Accord for approval. Page 2 of 13

Any changes in load, protection system, conductors, Generation and supply system must be reflected in the As-built SLD and drawings. 2. Fix the panel enclosure to protect the control devices inside the panel. Rearrange the cables in tray and riser through proper route. Remove the obstacles and make clearance of at least 1 meter in front of the panel for regular inspection and maintenance work. Reorient the panel location for cable route and support. Install cable tray along the side frame of the panel and arrange cable in it with proper dressing and terminate to the busbar. Re-route the cable terminated to busbar. Remove the wooden support for the capacitor at the base and install base plate for support and rigid fixture of capacitor. Page 5 of 13

Neutral conductor must pass through the control device to be controlled. Neutral conductor bypassed and jointed with nuts and bolts. FINDING NO: E- 11 CATEGORY: CABLE & SUPPORTS Cables supported in sanitary pipes partially exposed. The PVC pipe must be used for surface wiring which should be continuous through-out its length and properly supported (clamped with saddle, at regular interval of 600 mm). The conduit shall run vertically or horizontally, shall never at angle. PRIORITY: P3 REMEDIATION TIMEFRAME: 3 WEEKS Feeder line protected in sanitary pipe and dropped in main distribution room. Provide non-combustible cover to protect cable from mechanical and physical injury. Cables and wires should be properly arranged inside the cable tray for maintenance and rewiring. REMEDIATION TIMEFRAME: 7 WEEKS Cables exiting to production floor are not supported and protected. FINDING NO: E- 13 CATEGORY: GENERATOR ROOM Generator battery placed on the concrete floor. Generator Battery bank should be placed inside the steel frame (battery rack) with protective cover. Relocate the battery in safer place. Panel base plates must be installed and cable(s) entering panel must be firmly fixed with cable gland. Cable terminating at Generator output terminal box must be supported on covered cable tray installed on at safe location. REMEDIATION TIMEFRAME: 1 WEEKS Generator output cables terminated without baseplate and support. FINDING NO: E- 15 CATEGORY: CABLE & SUPPORT Generator output cable protected in flexible pipe without support. Rewiring must be done with proper cable layout. Cables must be supported on tray/riser with protective cover. Cables may be protected in rigid conduit laid over the floor. The conduit shall run vertically or horizontally, shall never at angle. 11 FINDING NO: E- 16 CATEGORY: CABLE & SUPPORT Wires supported on the wooden tray. Wooden tray must be replaced by aluminum/gi tray or duct. Wires supported on the tray must be arranged inside the duct and covered properly to protect from mechanical injury and dust. Combustible storage materials must be relocated in safer place. PRIORITY: P1 Wooden duct wiring done in the storage room without proper support and protection for wires laid haphazardly and tied to the duct. REMEDIATION TIMEFRAME: 7 WEEKS FINDING NO: E- 17 CATEGORY: CABLE & SUPPORT Cables from distribution panel are protected in wooden cable duct. Remove and replace the wooden cable duct and install non-combustible duct to protect and support the cables running to various floors. Lighting fixtures must be independently supported on the supporting structure with seismic bracing. Supporting structure may be installed independently for light with seismic bracing. Lighting supporting frame tied to aluminum channel for support.
