29 CAN THE BUILDING PROVIDE ADDITIONAL INCOME? NO It's already fully partitioned it s a heritage house where little alterations are allowed it s at full capacity few dead zones showing the density is high. Technology used to build was ancient so alterations are expensive.

30 SUGGESTED CHANGES TO INCREASE THE VALUE OF THE BUILDING Additional Floor- since the foundations can hold up to 7 storey height. Sleek Finishes carpet, wallpaper, Garden reduce environmental load Parking Facility- at the back of the yard Automated Gated Facility wired to the individual rooms. Air Conditioning System to regulate extreme temperatures at different seasons.
