Terms of payment of Bills The amount of CAMC will be paid on quarterly basis after suessful ompletion and the satisfatory servie during the quarter of servie 11. Period of ontrat The initial period of ontrat is for 1 year renewable for further period of 1 year with same terms and onditions, subjet to review of satisfatory servies and without any inrease in the harges. 12. 3 13. Validity period of the tender. Three (3) Months will be ompleted within 4 hours (i.e serviing, small repair works, gas filling whih does not require any bought out material). The major repair work (PCB & Compressor problems) is to be ompleted in all respets in 2 (Two) days from the date of Complaint. In ase of any delay beyond 4 hours for minor & 2 days for major repair works, supplier has to arrange standby AC. If fails to arrange standby AC, penalty will be 1% of the ontrat value per day of delay of the partiular quarter. 14. Eligible Taxes A ) Inome Tax will be deduted at soure as per Govt. Guidelines. B) Reimbursement of GST will be made only on submission of proper GST invoie as per appliable GST provision. The ontrator should omply with the following; 1. Contrator should have GST Registration Number 2. Invoie should speifially/separately dislose the amount of GST levied at appliable rate as per GST provision 3. In ase of Corretion in the bills after srutiny, ontrator should submit fresh bills for payment 4. Contrator should timely file his GST return in aordane with GST provisions to enable the bank to laim the redit of GST paid to the ontrator. The GST Number of State Bank Of India For Telangana State -36AAACS877K1ZQ 1. Eletroni Payment Payment shall be made by way of Eletroni fund transfer and the bill will be paid by SBICB. Firm should furnish details of the bank, a/ no, IFSC ode. In ase the date of opening of tenders is delared as a holiday, the tenders will be opened on the next working day at the same time. 4 PART-1 (Envolope-1) TECHNICAL BID MINIMUM ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA (Mandatory) Minimum Eligibility Criteria for Comprehensive Annual Maintenane Contrat (CAMC) for all types & various makes of Air Conditioners(Split/ Cassette/ Inverter Split ACS) spread over entire ampus. The vendors who are in the similar line of ativities for past seven years in the field of providing CAMC of all types of air onditioners servies in PSU, Banks, Insurane, finanial institutions and reputed industries only need apply (tender to be submitted in two separate sealed over system super-sribed as CAMC for for all types & various makes of ACs of State Bank Institute of Consumer Banking, Begumpet, Hyderabad ). Ageny should have servie sites in Hyderabad. Submit the opy of work order/ agreement and satisfatory servie ertifiate from the Clients. 5 TENDER FOR COMPREHENSIVE ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT (CAMC) FOR ALL TYPES & VARIOUS MAKES OF ACs AT SBICB 1.0 Sope of Work INSTRUCTIONS TO THE TENDERERS SBIIMS on behalf of State Bank Institute of Consumer Banking(SBICB) Hyderabad proposes to enter into the Comprehensive Annual Maintenane Contrat (CAMC) for all types & various makes of ACs (Split/ Cassette/ Inverter Split ACS). The Sope of work inludes Repairs / Replaement of Compressor, Repair/Replaement of Fan motors, Repair/ Replaement of Eletrial parts, Repair/Replaement of ondenser oil and Evaporator oil, Gas harging required during the servie. All replaed parts make shall be of their respetive brands. All the omplaints to be attended during the ontrat period round the lok. The ACs are to be maintained or installed entire ampus. 1.1 The tender proess will be in two over system. Envelope One: (1)This envelope will ontain the required EMD of Rs.8, (Rupees eight thousand only) drawn in favour of SBIIMS Hyderabad, payable at Hyderabad (2) Tehnial bid without prie. (3) Proof of servie sites in Hyderabad. (4) Copy of work order/ agreement and satisfatory servie ertifiate from the Clients( eah work not lessthan144.4 TR eah site). NOTE: TENDER WILL BE REJECTED IF THE TENDERER FAILS TO SUBMIT THE REQUIRED EMD AND WILL BE RETUREND WITHOUT OPENING THE PRICE BID. Envelope Two: This envelope will ontain the prie bid i.e. ost of the work. All the tenderers are requested to note that SBIIMS will not aept any onditional tender and the tender will be rejeted if any tenderer found quoted onditional tender and if the same are not withdrawn at the time of opening of tender / prie bid. All onditions if any to be loaded with rate. The rate should be exlusive of GSt payable and neessary insurane for the labour and mahinery. The Tenderer is requested satisfy himself regarding the availability of water, power, transport and ommuniation failities, the harater quality and quantity of the materials, labour, the law and order situation, limati onditions loal authorities requirement, traffi regulations et; The tenderer will be fully responsible for onsidering the finanial effet of any or all the fators while submitting his tender. 4.0 Earnest Money 4.1 The tenderers are requested to submit the Earnest Money as speified in NIT. 4.2 EMD in any other form other than as speified above will not be aepted. Tender not aompanied by the EMD in aordane with lause 4.1 above shall be rejeted. 4.3 No interest will be paid on the EMD. 4.4 EMD of unsuessful tenderers will be refunded within 1 days of award of Contrat. 4. EMD of suessful tenderer will be retained as a part of seurity deposit..0 Initial Seurity Deposit The suessful tenderer will have to submit a sum equivalent Rs1,00,000/- (rupees one lakh) only by means of D/D drawn in favour of SBIIMS, within a period of 7 days of aeptane of tender. 6.0 Seurity Deposit 6.1 The EMD & ISD of the suessful tenderer will be onverted into seurity deposit and the same will be refunded after satisfatory ompletion of ontrat period. 6.2 No interest shall be paid to the amount retained with the Bank as Seurity Deposit. 7.0 Signing of Contrat Douments The suessful tenderer shall be bound to implement the ontrat by signing an agreement and onditions of ontrat attahed herewith within 1 days from the reeipt of intimation of aeptane of his tender by the Bank. However, the written aeptane of the tender by the Bank will onstitute a binding agreement between the Bank and suessful tenderer whether suh formal agreement is subsequently entered into or not. 8.0 Contrat Period One year subjet to review at quarterly interval for satisfatory servies). However suessful bidder an terminate the ontrat after giving 3 months notie in advane. SBIIMS an also terminate the ontrat after giving one month notie in advane. 9.0 Validity of Tender Tenders shall remain valid and open for aeptane for a period of 3 (Three) months from the date of opening prie bid. If the tenderer withdraws his/her offer during the validity period or makes modifiations in his/her original offer whih are not aeptane to the Bank without prejudie to any other right or remedy the Bank shall be at liberty Signature of the Contrator Page 6 of 18

In ase the tenderers quote their rates for suh items those rates will be ignored and will not be onsidered during exeution The tenderers should not hange the units as speified in the tender. If any unit is hanged the tenders would be evaluated as per the original unit and the ontrator would be paid aordingly. The tenderer should not hange or modify or delete the desription of the item. If any disrepany is observed he should immediately bring to the knowledge of the Bank Eah page of the BOQ shall be signed by the authorized person and utting or overwriting shall be duly attested by him Eah page shall be totaled and the grand total shall be given The rate quoted shall be firm and shall inlude all osts, allowanes, exluding of GST 12. DETAILS OF PAYMENT: The amount of CAMC will be paid on quarterly basis after suessful ompletion the satisfatory servie during the quarter of servie. 13. Bank reserves the right to aept or rejet any or all tenders without assigning any reason. 14. 8 TERMS & CONDITIONS TO THECAMC SERVICE PROVIDERS: 1. The omprehensive AMC harges per unit per year will be paid for four servies in a year apart from any number of breakdown alls with a response period of 3 hours on reeipt of omplaint. The sope of work inludes water wash for every quarter & filter leaning as and when required. 2. If the tehniian is not visiting the site on daily basis or in the absene of the tehniian, a penalty of per day to be levied. And same will be reovered/ adjusted in quarterly payment. 3. Failure to repair/servie the equipment in question within 8 hours for minor & 3 days for major repairs without justifiable reason or to return the repaired mahine within two days at the maximum may attrat proportionate dedution. In ase of any delay beyond 8 hours for minor & 3 days for major repair works, supplier has to arrange standby AC. If fails to arrange standby AC, penalty will be 1% of the ontrat value per day of delay of the partiular quarter. 4. If the work is found unsatisfatory or if the firm dishonours the ontrat, the job will be entrusted to any other firm /party at the risk/expense of the ontrator.. The amount of CAMC will be paid on quarterly basis after suessful ompletion the satisfatory servie during the quarter of servie. 6. The suessful bidder has to retify the faults due to rat bites free of ost. 7. Suessful bidder has to handover all the ACs in good running ondition before expiring of CAMC ontrat. 8. The suessful bidder has to retify the faulty ondenser, or oil free of ost. 9. The Contrator shall bear all the osts and expenses in respet of all harges, inluding stamp duty, registration et. of this agreement and/or any other douments/agreements, whih are required to be exeuted. 10. All neessary tools like vaum pump, drilling mahines, pliers, pressure guage and other essential tools for effetive maintenane of the ACs equipments shall be provided by the ontrator 11. The ontrator / firm shall be held responsible for any misdeeds / misbehavior of their employees within the premises. 12. Suessful bidder has make arrangement for one skilled ertified tehniian from reputed training institute whih is aeptable to the SBIIMS and having minimum two years experiene at site from 12.00PM to 4PM (inluding Holidays) in the months of April, February, Marh, April, May, June, July, August, September, Otober, November, Deember(entire year i.e entire ontrat period)during the ontrat period. 13. Sine the maintenane works are to be arried at all levels & High, tehniian should wear neessary proative gear suh as life belts, helmet, gloves, shoes, et. 14. The bidder should take third party insurane overage and adequate insurane overage to the workers for life and limb and the same should be submitted before entering into a agreement. 1.
