ALL PUBLIC AND AIRPORT ROADWAYS SHALL BE KEPT FREE OF DIRT AND DEBRIS. 12. CONTRACTOR SHALL VERIFY ALL SURVEY CONTROL, ELEVATIONS AND EXISTING GRADES PRIOR TO BEGINNING CONSTRUCTION. DISCREPANCIES SHALL BE REPORTED TO THE ENGINEER PRIOR TO BEGINNING CONSTRUCTION. 13. WATER SHALL BE USED TO CONTROL DUST AS DIRECTED BY THE OWNER. 14. A CONTRACTOR'S STAGING AREA WILL BE LIMITED TO THE LAYDOWN YARD SHOWN AND SOIL STOCKPILE/BATCH PLANT AREA.
