3 CCTV Surveys & Investigations Our fleet of vehicles can inspect sewers, culverts, ducts, boreholes, pipelines and tanks. All our vehicles have the latest colour pan and tilt crawler units. Reports presented in the latest version of WinCan format on DVD and include drawings and recommendations We regularly audit our surveys to ISO 9000:2008 requirements CCTV surveyors are water industry qualified All CCTV surveyors are confined space qualified and we operate to detailed Safe Systems of Work Battery driven CCTV equipment to reduce noise and pollution Push rod systems available for smaller diameters Range of mini camera systems available for use in areas of limited access e.g. internal pipework, gullies, traps etc. Pipe diameters ranging from 75mm to 1800mm

4 Manhole Surveys & Pipe Tracing Our survey teams can carry out ancillary works to compliment your CCTV data. This can be used to ascertain asset condition and planning of future projects. 5 Testing & Sealing Joint testing and sealing is used to identify individual failing joints within a sewer then seal the failed joints preventing the ingress of water into the sewer. It offers a very quick and cost-effective way to address infiltration. Individual joints air tested Failed joints sealed immediately using the award winning 'Sewerseal JF' gel Suitable for mm diameter up to 220 metres in length Full CCTV monitoring and recording during process Regular productivity and gel usage reports Budgeting reports available (gel use per joint) One off road unit available

6 Manhole Refurbishment The integrity of a manhole is just as important as the drains or sewers that make up the drainage system. We have a variety of ways to restore a defective manhole which can save the cost and inconvenience of excavation and re-building. Foam injection to seal infiltration Range of products available to remedy erosion, corrosion and structural deterioration Non-man entry methods are available for some applications We only use approved non toxic foams, gels or resins

7 Pipe Lining Using Cured In Place Pipe Lining (CIPP), we specialise in small to medium pipes from 100 up to 525mm diameter. We are independent of suppliers/resin manufacturers. We can provide: UV cured (using polyester or vinylester resin) Epoxy or silicate resins Polyester impregnated needle felt liners Flexible liners for lining round bends and/or through diameter changes Lateral connections re-opened using robotic cutters with CCTV monitoring Liners designed in accordance with WIS Pre and Post Surveys supplied on completion Our structural patch repair system offers an economical way of repairing localised defects in a drain or sewer.

8 Septic tank & treatment plant installations A non-efficient septic tank/soak away or treatment plant can be expensive to maintain, with problems ranging from ground water infiltration to end of lifespan, sometimes a new septic tank/soak away or treatment plant is the most cost effective option. Domestic and commercial systems available. Rain Water Harvesting installations. Removal of old unused septic tanks and treatment plants. Reinstatement of all grounds after works. All work carried out in accordance with Environment agency and building regulations.

9 Pipe Bursting This useful refurbishment technique can replace existing defective pipe with new pipe or used to increase a pipe diameter. Single or multiple lengths Up sizing to increase capacity Approved materials to MDPE WISA 3205/3209 standard Minimal footprint Excavation of launch pits, over pumping and re-building of chambers

10 Re-rounding & lining This method can be used to re-round blistered or deformed pitch fibre pipes and often removes the need to excavate as works can be carried out from existing manhole chambers. On completion a structurally enhanced lining is installed. Process monitored with CCTV monitors One off lengths to major schemes CIPP lined to restore structural integrity Pre and post surveys available for inspection

11 Excavations & Repair When a no-dig solution is not suitable or cost effective, we can offer an excavation and repair service.
