3 OUR HISTORY IT WAS IN 1973 WHEN A YOUNG SAUDI BUSINESSMAN AMBITIOUSLY DECIDED TO START HIS OWN COMPANY It all started as a one man show when MR. FUAD AL FADHLI solely was doing all duties in his new establishment, utilizing his limited experience yet igniting intelligence, he started communicating international principles, gradually he succeeded in acquiring agencies of some reliable and reputed manufacturers. Despite the limited number of employees he had then, he was able to establish his name in most of the private hospitals and labs. In addition, he was successfully commissioned by the Ministry Of Health by participating in numerous tenders. As the business grew up, FUAD AL FADHLI TRADING EST., continued to gain the trust of its customer in all sectors which helped strengthening its presence in the Saudi market. Alongside his success in the market, FUAD AL FADHLI has focused continuously on improving and developing the establishment from within. More people were recruited and trained, latest technologies were injected, and better facilities were acquired. Starting with one small apartment in Riyadh city, Now FUAD AL FADHLI EST. has one head office in Riyadh, Branches in Jeddah & Dammam, offices in Madina, Qassim and Khamis Mushait covering all main regions of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In 2009 the legal formation of the establishment was changed from a sole ownership to becoming a partnership company as FUAD ABDUL JALIL AL FADHLI & SONS COMPANY. As a continuation effort of the development, FUAD ABDUL JALIL AL FADHLI & SONS has undergone a major restructure in 2011 where its structure was re-organized based on functions and more focus was given to operational areas. With this new structure, FUAD AL FADHLI, chairman of the company, is well equipped to compete in the market with full force and continue his success story.
