Assisted with planning and stakeholder engagement, and assisted in the execution of bid documents. Engaged with the ACCC and FIRB throughout the project. Advised a Tier 1 building company on an ongoing basis to support bid applications for major state infrastructure and development projects. 4 People Michael Photios Chairman Michael Photios brings a wealth of experience in politics and business to his role as Chairman of PremierState. First elected to the NSW Parliament in 1998, Michael went on to serve in the NSW Parliament for over a decade, including becoming the then youngest ever Cabinet Minister in Australia. Along with his contemporary and extensive government networks, Michael brings vast public policy, advocacy and commercial experience to PremierState. David Begg Partner At PremierState, David Begg combines big-picture strategic advice with the ability to work quickly, efficiently and cost-effectively. A lawyer by profession, David has more than 20 years of experience, and was the founding partner of a highly successful boutique firm. Along with his commercial acumen, David brings an extensive political network and a deep understanding of the institutional arrangements, culture and processes of the current NSW Government. Nick Campbell Partner With more than 25 years of Corporate Public Affairs and Strategy experience, Nick Campbell is one of Australia s leading corporate advisors. Nick served in the Howard Government in a number of roles, including as a political advisor to the Parliamentary Secretary to the Cabinet. At PremierState, Nick works with clients advising on stakeholder campaigns, capability development and corporate strategy to PremierState. Ian Hancock Director - Major Projects & Infrastructure At PremierState, Ian brings experience in corporate affairs, public policy and government relations, and has developed a particular expertise in the property and infrastructure space. With a background working for a global law firm, Ian combines his legal training with a deep knowledge of state and federal political environments. He has worked on a diverse range of major projects, including leading bids for major asset privatisations and transport tenders.

5 People Alex Gibson Senior Advisor In his role as Adviser at PremierState, Alex Gibson is responsible for providing strategic management, guidance and support to clients, with particular experience preparing bids for tenders, drafting submissions, and helping develop for policy reform proposals. Alex has a combined degree in Law and Media and Communications from the University of Sydney, and studied at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College in the United States. Alicja Rudz Senior Advisor Prior to joining PremierState, Alicja worked as a journalist for Sky News and the Australian Broadcast Corporation across broadcast, radio, and online, Alicja has a deep understanding of metropolitan and regional media and news environments, and a strong grasp of political and policy landscapes. Her communication experience comes from having worked in Australia for the Menzies Research Centre and the Public Relations Institute of Australia, as well as in the United Kingdom for Coca-Cola and airports operator BAA. Lachlan Crombie Senior Advisor Lachlan has spent several years working for the NSW State Government in a variety of roles, including time for members in both Houses of Parliament. Lachlan has considerable experience in stakeholder management and negotiations as well as having strong relationships with all NSW political parties. Lachlan recently joined PremierState, having spent time working as a criminal lawyer at the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions and currently holds a practising certificate.
