5 Coastal and Small Islands Management Plan consist of : Strategic Plan, Zonation Plan, Management Plan and Action Plan. (Article 7, Law No. 27/2007). Article 7 ayat 3, Law No. 27/2007: The Local Governments are mandated to develop all the plans as mentioned above according to their authorities.

23 DISASTER PREPAREDNESS Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries support the reccomendation Government Regulation No. 64/2010 on Coastal and Small Islands Disaster Mitigation On RTRW and Coastal and Small Island Management Plan should include Disaster Mitigation Plan as well as Disaster Risk Map.
