2 NevHouse provides low cost homes, schools and clinics made from recycled materials NevHouse is unique. It takes the waste that we throw away and turns it into affordable shelter. These places of sanctuary can built in just 5 days and function either on or off the power grid. NevHouse makes a positive impact on a nations housing, health, education, employment and economy. 1

Ultimately, good design is about making a difference on functional, economical, aesthetic and sustainable levels. For the individual and society as a whole. Applying one of the most rigorous evaluation processes in the world, the judges evaluated Nevhouse on: Form, Function, Safety, Sustainability, Quality, Commerciality and Innovation. 2

Production is handled by 3 rd party manufacturers until multi-year sustainable development agreements warrant the establishment of a local factory. Our in-country factories will supply shelter for the local market and export to neighbouring countries - supporting GDP growth and creating new jobs. 3

The unique louvre design creates natural ventilation while the grooves cast shadows all day long cooling the surface of the shelter. 4

7 Health Built to withstand a Cyclone Fitted out with equipment and supplies Screenings, check ups and inoculations Our medical clinics are designed in consultation with local architects in the countries we work in. Solar panels sufficient to supply electricity all day and night are installed on every structure our clinics are fully functional off the grid. We work with local health authority and aid agencies to fit out the structures with supplies and equipment and secure staff. 6

This approach ensures that those who live in the community have a sense of pride and ownership. Local contractors are used where ever possible in order to give jobs, training and income to the people who live in the community. 7
