13 PNACC Road map from the round table of the environmental conference Objective 2 Strengthen the national strategy The NAP will be the object of an assessment which, in regards to the 5th IPCC report, will propose recommendations on the next NAP published in This assessment will also contain a specific analysis on oversea territories, city resilience and more generaly on territory and activity resilience, particularly on the impacts on water and biodiversity.
