2 Third Generation Microwave Steam Plasma (MSP) Technology MSP is an innovative syngas production technology by feeding municipal solid waste, industrial waste, wood chips, animal waste, sewage sludge, etc. MSP applied clean energy plant is a small simplified gasification plant since neither Preheating Unit nor Air Separation Unit is required Safe and stable operation as MSP plant is operated at the atmospheric pressure MSP plant is eco-friendly gasification system to generate electricity, clean renewable transportation fuels (alcohol, gasoline, diesel, jet fuel) and other products (plastic, clothing, fertiliser) using biomass waste with high energy recovery efficiency than an existing incineration, pyrolysis and other gasification technologies that currently employed world widely at many waste to energy plants.

3 Eco Friendly Manner Remarkably low production of hazard chemicals (e.g. dioxin) because high temperature of plasma torch prevents the generation chemicals, which is major issue in incineration or burial method. Elevated public acceptance since the pollutants (NOx, SOx, CO2, etc.) will be reduced As Low As Reasonably Achievable (ALARA). 4 Parker Range Resources (PRR) * Who is PRR PRR is an early MSP project developer and holds exclusive rights to market and facilitate MSP technology transfer in Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia selected countries PRR secured full MSP project Performance Guarantee including up to 70% of project funding being provided by the MSP technology partner PRR is a part of bidders for the up coming EMRC s municipal solid waste to energy project located north of river, could be up to 20 MW project PRR through a 3 rd party assurances and access to their land parcel near Perth Airport which can offer an alternative complete solution to EMRC while allowing PRR to accept other wastes PRR is also in discussion with four different private waste generators who are willing to offer us their wastes at an agreed gate fee to avoid their land fill costs and environmental impact.
