Missions of Engineering Department ( Water & Sanitation) To distribute daily the assured and safe drinking water for Yangon City dwellers To collect the water charges properly To prevent the water leakage and to reduce the Non-Revenue Water To manage for the systematic sewage disposal To upgrade and manage the water distribution and the sewerage system by using modern techniques. 5
