1 Y HOTELS AND RESORTS GROUP INC Hotel Manager Management of all Company s stakeholder, making sure proper coordination of the pre-opening activities of hotel and coordinate with the construction team, the construction timeline and act as a liaison between hotel personnel, construction and contractors. Lead in all aspects of business planning Responsible for legalization, Occupational Health & Safety Act, fire regulations and other legal requirements Corporate client handling and take part in new client acquisition along with the sales team whenever required. Planning and organizing accommodation, catering and other hotel services. Promoting and marketing the business. Maintaining statistical and financial record Setting and achieving sales and profit targets. Training and monitoring hotel staffs Dealing with customer complaints and comments Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent. Required language(s): English, Filipino At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably from a 5 star hotel or equivalent. Required Skill(s): Communication Skills, Management Skills, Customer Service, Analytical Skills Preferably CEO/SVP/AVP/VP/Director specialized in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent

Oversee the recruitment process by providing and implementing programs and processes for overall assessment for candidate selection Prepares employee by establishing and conducting orientation and training program Maintains up to date employee's compensation and benefit program, as well as assess and recommend current benefit trends and amendments. Contributes to team effort for the development of department goal, objectives and processes Job Qualification Possession of at least Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management - - Proven track record of success of at least three years in Human Resource Field Excellent managerial and organizational skills Detail Oriented and has the ability to effectively manage interpersonal relationship on all levels of the organization Knowledgeable in labor law and Human Resource practices Human Resource Associate Handles recruitment process: creating job advertisements based on the approved plantilla, screening of candidates and handles the communication for recruitment Updating and maintenance management 201 file on line Develop new recruitment strategies based in the rules and regulation of the company

3 Preparation and processing of government mandated requirements like SSS, Pag-ibig and Philhealth Prepares communication letters and memorandum Assist in the monitoring of the timekeeping of employees Performs other general HRAD functions Perform other administrative tasks including but not limited to: weekly and monthly recruitment reports, issuance and renewal of ID, monitoring of all active employees Education and Experience Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor s/college Degree in Psychology or Human Resource Development Management At least 1 year of related working experience on HR / Personnel function Have sufficient knowledge and experience with basic HR functions (especially recruitment) Assertive and with good communication skills; written and oral Proficient in computer applications SEO Specialist Job Analyzed and execute tests to identify insights and possible trends to achieve maximum traffic to sites, improving its page ranks and visibility on all search engines Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing Keep up to date to current trends, marketing strategies and best practices for search engine optimization Research and analyze competitor s strategies and other trends to formulate search engine optimization recommendation Recommend changes on contents, and other factors that improves the website traffic Test and implement testing various search engine marketing techniques, web site layouts and advertising for search engine optimization Analyze websites for improvements and conduct keyword research Work closely with developers and marketing team for the content creation and programming Proven track record of success in the field of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Has an excellent understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms In-depth experience with website analytics tools Experience in building inbound organic search traffic

4 AngularJS Developer Develop complete and tested user interface for web/mobile base application with the use of current front/back end technology Perform testing, ensuring high performance and specification are met either for mobile/desktop Write and document tested JavaScript, CSS, HTML codes Develop application code and perform unit testing Coordinate projects and develop workflow with other department and team mates Participate in brainstorming and make technical decisions for AngularJS and other projects Improve existing mobile/desktop web base application projects and ensure high performance and user friendliness Must at least have 2 years of experience with AngularJS development or related field Possession of Bachelor s degree in computer science or Computer Engineering Has deep knowledge with HTML, CSS and writing cross-browser compatible code Has strong expertise in AngularJS practices A good team player Has an exceptional time management and problem solving skills Mobile Application Developer Produce fully functional mobile applications Work with the given requirements and formulate solutions with the team Troubleshoot and debug to optimize the performance of the applications Help improve code quality through code test and review Contribute to the development or project schedules and workflow Research and suggest changes and enhancement to software applications Proven track record of success in mobile application development for at least 3 years Bachelors degree holder in computer science or any related field In depth knowledge in mobile related programming language such as java etc. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills Ability to perform in a team environment

5 OFFICE (Y INVESTMENTS) Sales and Marketing Manager Job Manage the end-to-end process of all marketing efforts to enhance the brand and the product offered. Can manage the marketing strategy, advertising, promotions and sales of a hospitality property's and products in connection to the company objectives and standards. Handle any work related situations in Sales and Marketing coming from the management, clients, suppliers, et al. Responsible for Planning and implementation of promotional campaigns Produce marketing collaterals for campaign and promotions (brochures, banners etc.) Spearhead brand and product marketing initiatives that include both above-the-line and belowthe-line activities. Organize investment learning sessions - design and development of materials, manage associates in corporate events. Be the point contact person for sponsorships and media relations, to enhance brand visibility and credibility in the market. Spearhead website development/enhancement in terms of client usability and content as well as development of e-marketing initiatives, including mobile apps and social media marketing, strategic alliances and sponsorships. Improve product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities. Designs, collects and analyzes consumer feedback and insights, thus, prepares action plans necessary for sales and marketing activities. QUALIFICATIONS: Candidate must possess Bachelor's/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma/Master's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent. With a degree in marketing or sales or an MBA is an advantage. At least 5 Year(s) of relevant working experience in brand and investment product marketing, product management and e-marketing. Must have solid experience in digital marketing. Detailed-oriented, strong planning and organizational skills. Strategic mindset on PR, media and social media. With excellent managerial skills and punctual in accomplishing duties and responsibilities. Willing to Travel.

Serves as an interface between clients, research teams and investment manager from client questions and requests Provide research support by monitoring and gathering relevant research data on stock recommendations Work closely with business development to build and manage investment programs for clients. Assist in market research, industry and business environment analysis, competitor profiling, feasibility studies and business plans for current and future business partners. Identify prospect customers/clients through company s business model and guidelines Coordinate appointments between customer and the management for business expansion and new opportunities
