Tactical, Organizational or Strategic and record this. 2. Looking at the Case Studies in your group, what types did you choose? Record your observations for each of these too. 3. What sort of change agents would be present and beneficial for each of the changes listed? Remember the template you completed yesterday, it might help. 4. Finally Using a flipchart, explain to the other group what your changes are, what each type of change is, and what sort of change agents will be present in each.
