2 Software Analyst/Engineer If you are looking for a challenging opportunity to support customers by phone and in person while working with SQL databases, Windows and Linux Servers, create specifications for new software by gathering data and writing technical documents, test new software, lead an implementation team to install new software on-site, train customers in how to use it, be able to grow with us (we prefer to promote from within) then you need look no further. Customer Service is paramount, the position requires working with users of all skill levels on multiple web based applications via various methods. The ability to multi-task and work under pressure is essential. Programming is not actually required for this position. There is minimal travel required for this position (company vehicles and credit cards are provided for expenses, plus a daily perdiem for food, etc.). Typical hours are currently 8:00-5:00 EST Monday through Friday but that is subject to change as our customer s needs change.
