2 (3) Business Analyst e-government Role Objective To assist the Manager Consultancy and coordinate with the IT project team for successful project transition and delivery. Collaborate directly with the assigned project team and clients to analyze and examine project model and workflow plan and design an appropriate improved IT solution to translate client needs into functional IT solutions. Interview customers/stakeholders in order to understand their business needs and translate them into functional specification design solutions. Research, gather and analyze data in support of business functions, proposed projects and systems requirements. Track and analyze business unit trends and make appropriate recommendations that will positively impact the project implementation plan. Develop and analyze detailed documentation of project systems and client needs, including workflow, program functions and steps required to develop and modify programs. Assist the Manager Consultancy by providing information on potential technology solutions, costs and timescales for the clients. Work with project teams to understand their needs, manage expectations and ensure the proposals for change are customer-centric focus. Conduct extensive research and analysis on the local and global e-government services to create and maintain domain expertise and provide accurate and timely information to the client. Produce weekly reports for the Project Manager showing progress against outstanding milestones, status, resource requirements, issues, risks and dependencies. University degree in Business Administration with specialization in Information Technology from a recognized university. Professional Certification such as PMP is preferable. About 7-10 years of related experience of which a minimum of 5-6 years should be in a similar position / responsibility, preferably in a similar Industry. 3 (3) Senior HR Business Consultant ( IT Application - ERP ) Brief Description: The Application Consultant role is to elicit, analyze, specify, validate and implement the business needs of project stakeholders. This includes interviewing stakeholders and gathering and compiling user requirements to convey to development teams throughout the implementation lifecycle. He should have an excellent background about Oracle Applications and Oracle Technology and development tools. 4 Brief Description: (3) IT Support Engineer The Senior IT Support Engineer will be a member of Managed Services team, and will be responsible to support client end users as a member in IT support team. He/She will be working directly under the client IT Management. He/She will visit end users to resolve their incidents when required or remotely if possible. Troubleshooting PC`s/Laptop`s, Printers and other computer peripherals. Configuring laptops, Printers, Scanner, account and Telephone extension for new joiner s staff. Follow up with the customer and vendor on pending tickets. Ensure that all software`s installed on company desktop/laptop PC`s are licensed. Follow all appropriate maintenance procedures and instructions and ensure that upon completion of the maintenance task is in compliance with the required requirements. Excellent experience in supporting end users laptops. Bachelors in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Management Information System About 4-7 years of related experience of which a minimum of 2-3 years should be in a similar position / responsibility, preferably in a similar Industry. Primarily Skills and experiences: Excellent experience in using most of Microsoft products features including word, excel, and PowerPoint. Excellent experience in document quality and control. 5 (3) Program Manager Job Purpose: To manage all aspects of a project. Ensure all project deliverables meet timelines while managing financial, scope, schedule and resource management activities. Mitigate risk factors in a project and manage vendor related activities. Develop strategies for the service to ensure effective implementation and help improve business processes to ensure consistent, measurable results. Strategically plan, implement and administer programs and services in a Government sector and clients. Identify innovative ways to reduce cost and ensure budget is under control. Review and analyze facility activities and data to aid planning and cash and risk management to improve service utilization. Plan, implement and administer programs and services in Government institutions, including personnel administration, training, and coordination of medical, nursing and physical plant staff. Preparing, summarizing, and formatting information for staff consumption and serving as a mediator between goals, strategies, and the day-to-day activities Review team performance and capabilities base on the projects handled and ensure correct feedback for promotions and increments. Ensure project is completed within pre-decided budget and manage contract change requests if any. Oversee the tasks, timelines, and resources necessary to implement the EHR, ensuring that the project stays on time and on budget. Conduct and administer fiscal operations, including accounting, planning budgets, authorizing expenditures, establishing rates for services, and coordinating financial reporting. Establish policies and frameworks, manage human resources, allocate budgets and other financial resources, submit reports, and maintain and manage IT systems and databases for the Government Practice. Maintain communication between governing boards, medical staff, and department heads by attending board meetings and coordinating interdepartmental functioning. 6 (3) Project Coordinator Role Objective To assist the BU to effectively and successfully managing the daily resource allocation of the projects as per contractual guidelines, by managing the Professional Services BU coordination and provide all support related to scheduling appointments and meetings, drafting, typing, sending and following up on letters and/or documents. Coordinate educational and promotional activities that enhance the knowledge of the public and community regarding the availability and need for e-government programmes and services. Assist the Manager Programme Coordination Office in examining technical and technology documentation for completeness and accuracy. Provide administrative support for all e-government projects and to all the internal project managers and external stakeholders. Assist in translation of reports and presentations to outside audience. Conduct research related to projects, as and when required. Review project related documents at the initiation phase for resource allocation and budgeting and assist the Manager Programme Coordination Office with the same. Identify and analyze external stake holder s requirements. Maintain contact with the project's service providers to ensure timely activity, integration and efficient use of resources to meet requirements. Coordinate practical details of the transfer of the care, custody and control of the final product or services, including assembly and transfer of operational and maintenance documentation. Prepare a variety of monthly and quarterly reports on program/project activities and operations and gather statistical as requested by the Manager Programme Coordination Office. 8 Job Purpose: (3) Solution Designer / Architect To assume responsibility for a successful solution design and implementation that meet clients expectations utilizing in-depth knowledge of solution architecture and technology. Assist the project team in designing overall project solutions in the Solutions Architecture SBU in accordance with project and business objectives. Conduct interviews with the client to discuss business requirements, key challenges, availability/scalability needs and ease of administration and maintenance. Design overall system and solution architecture, considering system integration and implementation issues. Establish system design, policies and standards and maintain a stable, viable architecture and ensure consistency of design across projects within the different programmes. Identify common best practices for architecting solutions and components. Analyze existing use-case, analysis, design, and deployment models and describe how they are organized. Incorporate existing code and reusable assets in the development of a new application. Create and generate model diagrams, subsystems, subsystem interfaces, and dependencies. Establish preliminary project development schedule, estimates, conceptual/logical architectures, system documents, testing analysis and test plans. Provide assistance with respect to installation, integration and tuning of integrated-solutions. Assist with responding to technical queries on RFPs/RFQs. Work in conjunction with the Technical Architect to find resolution to any issues encountered during the implementation of the customer solution. Collaborate with the Software Specialists and the Technical Architect to select appropriate design solutions and ensure the compatibility of system components. Provide technical support for the client throughout all stages of the product development. Assist Malomatia s sales team to specify, describe and estimate proposed solutions as part of a commercial offer. Identify risks inherent to particular technology solutions. Research, analyze, recommend and implement new technologies, standards, processes, tools and techniques. Review other solution designs to select appropriate technology, ensure efficient use of resources and ensure integration of multiple systems and technologies. University degree in Information Technology or Computer Science from a recognized university. 9 Job Purpose: (3) Technical Designer / Architect To assume responsibility for the success of Clients solution construction, implementation and system integration in response to varying business requirements, utilizing in-depth knowledge of leading-edge products and technology. Capture the clients functional requirements and document requirements through the use of process flows. Break down technical projects into separate tasks to assist in the creation of a project plan. Create system infrastructure portions of information/technology plans based on an understanding of the clients organization, strategic direction, technical context and business needs. Conceptualize, construct, test and implement integrated network hardware and software solutions, distributed computing solutions and/or physical and logical communication networks. Design and implement integrated cross-platform solutions incorporating a range of various technologies. Provide clients with business process and industry expertise, and the ability to translate that expertise into integrated, adaptive, on demand solutions that deliver bottom-line business value. Lead and coordinate the design, development, implementation, support and optimization of infrastructure systems that enable and support business functions. Anticipate the changes that will occur in the system, ensuring that the system's overall design will facilitate such changes, and localizing as far as possible the effects of such changes on design documents, code and other system work products, in order to reduce cost of maintenance. Enable and facilitate the re-use of certain existing components, frameworks, class libraries, legacy or third-party applications, etc. Ensure that all components of the technical architecture are properly integrated and implemented. Provide technical support for the client throughout all stages of the product development.
