2 The arrival day will be on Wednesday 18 October and the departure on Friday 27 October. The exchange will take place at group accommodation Olde Vechte, in the small town (around inhabitants) of Ommen, located in the eastern part of The Netherlands. Hereby the link of the accommodation: 8 countries: Netherlands, Portugal, Slovenia, Italy, Lithuania, Greece, Slovakia and Spain 6 participants per country (5 youngsters, 1 leader) 49 persons in total 8 working days

3 This exchange project has the aim to to tackle environmental problems and implement new practices on how you can solve them. While doing this, we increase your employability skills. Actually we focus on two things in the exchange: 1) how to make you more employable and 2) how to save the environment (nature, animals, wildlife, etc.). Also how can you become an entrepreneur related to nature + environment, where are possibilities and what is social entrepreneurship. The idea is that you come to the exchange with an environmental issue in your surrounding and during the exchange we work on how you can find solutions for it while working together with other persons. During the exchange we will not tell you what is good or wrong, instead through several activities we would like to challenge and invite you to realize for yourself if you are happy with your own choices. Also we will visit places, hear best practices, share stories, etc. We want to make it as more practical as possible since we believe this is the best way to learn by doing things! During the actual exchange you will create video tutorials which we all will share and spread through social media. Employability: a set of achievements, understandings and personal attributes that make individuals more likely to gain employment and to be succesful in their chosen occupation This exchange is mainly for persons aged between 17 and 23 years coming from rural areas. If you want to know more about environmental protection, nature and wildlife, and you want to know more on how to make a career out of this, then this exchange might be perfect for you! Also if you want to know more about how to become more employable in general you are very welcome to participate.

4 Washing Clothes Olde Vechte has a washing machine which you can use for free.washing soap and softener are also available. Bed Linen WiFi Meals You need to bring your own pillow case, bed sheet cover and mattress cover sheet. In case you don t want to, forgot them, or can t bring them, you can rent them for 7,50 Euro at your arrival at Olde Vechte. Olde Vechte has access to free WiFi all over the building, which also works in the outside area (garden). BUT its use is only allowed during the breaks, or when needed to for an activity. We will not tolerate phones being used during working times. Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be provided. In case you have a specific diet, meals will be specially prepared to attend your diet needs. Electronics We will make use of media during the exchange, and most part of the assignments will be presented digitally. Therefore we ask that each group can bring 2 laptops for video editing. The exchange coordinators are Eddie and Tahira. No decisions can be made without their consensus, therefore for any request, inform us. The group leaders will support us with the handling of the program, they will also be the bridge between you and us. Therefore, if the re is something which you would like to share but you feel more comfortable doing it with your group leaders, that is very ok for us.

5 During the exchange, our Czechoslovakian Wolfdogs Charu, Canto and Kira will be present. The will also make part of some activities. During the exchange, we allow you to bring your dog with you. We allow them however under the following circumstances: You are responsible for your dog s own travel costs You are responsible for you dog s travel documentation (consider your flight company as well, not all of them accept dogs) You are the one responsible for your dog behavior during the exchange (not barking in the night for instance constantly) You are the one responsible for your dog behavior inside an accommodation. In case your dog should make any damage, we will not reimburse the costs Please only bring your dog in case it is socialized with other dogs, people, noises, and several types of situations which could normally test a dog s patience and control. ***P.S obviously before deciding to take your dog with you to the exchange we ask you to consult with us, your group and your organization first

6 Every person will receive in total 275 Euro as travel reimbursement, this amount is for coming to The Netherlands and going back. Independently of how much your ticket might cost, you will receive 275 Euro, which means if your ticket costs less, you or your organization (depending on your agreement) keeps the rest. If your ticket costs MORE than 275 Euro, you or your organization will have to pay the extra amount. Also bear in mind the train ticket to and from Ommen, we will check for cheap alternatives but in worst case it will cost 50,- euro for arrival & departure together. If you are thinking to bring your dog with you, check which companies allow pets in the plane, what are the costs, and what will be the price of your ticket with that company. We ask for a participation fee of 25 Euro per participant, to be paid in cash upon arrival. This is due to the trips we are planning to make and for material we will rent in order to use in the exchange, such as bicycles.
