The details are as follows. S. No DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK 1 Proposed interior, civil, air conditioning, Modular furniture, chairs, Electrical installations, Data & Tel cabling, Fire alarm and Public address system at newly constructed Divisional Office, S.T.C. Admin block, STC Hostel and Guest House Buildings at Vadodara, Gujarat. Estimated cost (Rs. In lakhs) lac Completi on period in Days 60 (days) Min. Bank Solvency (Rs. In lac) Avg. Annual turnover last 4 years (Rs. In Min. Value of similar work completed in last 7 yrs. Dept / public sector under taking /city development authority / Municipal corporation of city formed under any Act by Central / State govt. and published in central / state Gazette Bidding capacity Equal to or more than Rs. 511 lakhs.

2 Note: For working contractors of LIC of India, the above mentioned pre-qualification criteria (excluding Bidding Capacity) shall be relaxed by 15% provided they have executed similar nature of work elsewhere also. (Working contractors of LIC of India means the Contractors who have executed similar nature of job in LIC during the last four years prior to date of publication of this PQN and fulfilling all the eligibility criteria.). Bidding Capacity = [A x N x 2] B, Where, A= Maximum value of similar nature of works executed in any one year during the last four years prior to date of publication of this PQN, taking into account the completed as well as the works in progress. N= Number of years prescribed for completion of work for which this PQN is being published i.e Years (Two Months) B=Value of existing commitments and on going works to be completed during the period of completion of work for which bids have been invited. An affidavit duly notarized in support of this statement is must. Only contractors who are fulfilling above criteria shall participate in the e-tendering process. The Tender Documents consist of BID-I, BID-II, BID-III (part I & part II) i.e. financial bid. The tenderer shall go through the Part I of the Tender (Page No. 1 to 104) and need not be sign and quote their offer in part II of BID-III. The Tenderer shall go through the Part I & Part II of the Tender/BID before submitting the BID. Contractor has to submit the Tender as under : (1) BID - I : Prequalification Bid ( Enrolment form with Annexures ) ( Page No. 1 to 29). The Tenderer shall fill in the enrolment form and upload the supporting documents / attachments. The scanned copy of the Demand Draft/Pay Order of Tender Fee and Demand Draft/Pay Order/Banker s Cheque of EMD shall be uploaded in BID I. (2) BID - II : Big Sealed envelope consisting of two separate sealed envelope as per following : - (a) Tender Fee of Rs. 2,000/- (non-refundable) in the form of Demand Draft/Pay order in favour of Life Insurance Corporation of India payable at Mumbai. (b) Earnest Money Deposit of Rs.7,67, ( Rs.Seven..Lakh.Sixty Seven Thousand Only ) in the form of Demand Draft/Pay Order/Banker s Cheque in favour of Life Insurance Corporation of India payable at Mumbai. (3) BID - III : FINANCIAL BID (part II of tender ) consisting of documents ( Page No.1 to 36 ) and schedule of quantities ( Page No. 37 to 120 ). The Tenderer shall download the documents, fill in their relevant information, sign & stamp and upload in the portal. The percentage rate in words and figure shall be quoted in the template

3 provided. No other document, conditions shall be uploaded along with documents of FINANCIAL BID. Note: (a) Any agency applied and fulfilling the selection criteria may not be considered for enlistment if unsatisfactory performance report/s is/are received for the Completed projects from their previous Employer. (b) The Chief Engineer reserve the right to not open Financial bid of Tender or any/ all the Applicants at his sole discretion without assigning any reason whatsoever. (C) Only for pre-qualification criteria of minimum value of similar nature of work done 7 years period will be considered; for all other purpose including Bidding capacity, preceding 4 years period only will be considered.
