7 PACKAGING MATERIALS Before you process the order, Make sure you order enough supplies to cover future orders. Click on this link to order. You need to create your own ZALORA account first 1. Create your ZALORA Account: mer/account/create/ 2. Order your packages here: m/seller-supplies/ 3. Order ahead because lead time for this delivery would take 1-3 days 4. Always make sure that you will NEVER run out of packaging materials

12 PACKING ORDERS What to Include in Each Package 1) Printed Invoice 2) Return Label 3) Ordered Product(s) Place the Printed Invoice and Return Label inside the pouch with the purchased items 4) Air Way Bills (3 copies) Insert the 3 copies of the Air Waybill inside the transparent portion of pouch. 14 REQUESTING PICK-UP Step 8: Change status of order on Seller Center to Ready for pick up After printing the shipping labels you can now finalize your pick-up request. Click READY FOR PICK-UP on the pop-up screen. This will move your order status from PENDING to READY FOR PICK-UP that will alert us that the item is ready to be picked up by logistics team Rider will be at your location at the following work day ONLY CLICK READY FOR PICK UP IF AND ONLY IF THE ITEMS ARE PACKED AND READY Requesting Pick-up
