2 Who we are Operating from offices in the Netherlands Workfox and Seafox Contractors are united in the Seafox Group, the proud owner of the Seafox Fleet. Seafox Contractors handles all commercial matters in relation to the Seafox Fleet and the TLQ s. Workfox delivers the operational excellence. Together we earned a leading position in the offshore service industry. Our core business is to operate the versatile Seafox fleet at offshore energy exploration sites around the world. In addition to providing accommodation, crane support and catering services, our jack-up units are also deployed to support a variety of other offshore services such as decommissioning, transportation & installation and well testing.

3 Safety & compliance At Workfox and Seafox Contractors safety is top priority and therefore an integral part of the day-to-day operation. Offshore and onshore! The Seafox fleet is maintained and upgraded to the highest standards through preventive maintenance systems and operate under an accepted UK Safety Case for accommodation, main tenance and well services activities in the Dutch and UK sector. Furthermore our QHSE department is of great value in supporting our offshore operations. And in assisting clients with project preparation making sure all systems comply with safety and environmental regulations. We have been approved by Lloyd s Register Quality Assurance for ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems standard, ISO Environmental Management Systems standard and OHSAS Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems standard. The Seafox units also comply with the safety and pollution prevention requirements of IMO Resolution A.741 (18). How we do it We are determined to provide safe and reliable solutions for our clients by operational excellence. Key factor to achieve this is the combination of the units and the dedication, knowledge and experience of our on- and offshore personnel. 5 Seafox 1 Seafox 2 The Seafox Fleet Since 1991 we are responsible for the operation of the Seafox fleet. The self-elevating Jack-up units are all specifically developed to operate in harsh offshore environmental conditions, in particular the North Sea area. The units specific design features ensure flexibility and efficiency, thus providing a substantial competitive advantage in the fulfilment of the diverse client work scopes. 6 Seafox 4 Seafox 5 Seafox 7 The Seafox units comply with the latest North Sea standards and legislation. The high standard of accommodation is maintained through a continuous (welfare) improvement program, which is compiled and monitored in cooperation with our clients. All units have been approved by Lloyd s Register Quality Assurance for ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems standard, ISO Environmental Management Systems standard and OHSAS Occupational Health and Safety. The Seafox units also comply with the safety and pollu tion prevention requirements of IMO Resolution. The various units can accommodate up to 235 POB (Persons On Board) in single and double cabins and meet the latest high standards of hygiene and comfort. With sufficient free deck space and multiple cranes, the units are capable of operating year-round in water depths of up to 70 metres. Life onboard is pleasant and comfortable thanks to facilities such as a cinema, a gymnasium with state-of-the-art fitness equipment, a satellite entertainment system, hospital facilities, internet and facilities, client meeting rooms and offices. 8 Temporary Living Quarters Next to our services we offer a flexible rental package for temporary accommodation units for offshore locations and onboard ships. The units have been designed for offshore oil and gas and renewable energy production sites and are capable of withstanding severe offshore environmental conditions. Many years of experience in the accommodation market have resulted in recently built, easy to ship units with a special light design. The temporary living quarters are stackable to a maximum of three high.
