PROJECTS Worked as an Assistant Manager Projects at Dawlance Pvt. Ltd., since Dec 2010 to Feb RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Lead & prepare yearly budget for the three factories of Dawlance. 2. Complete monitoring and controlling of capital budget of plants along with the assessment of individual requirement. 3. Associated in different projects of plant shifting, machine selection till installation & commissioning & Plant conversion to Cyclopentane. 4. Leader of part supply management project. 5. Team member of process improvement activity of all the shops to achieve better quality of product & waste elimination. 6. Acting as a POWER USER of ORACLE. INDUSTRIAL PROJECTS: Had been worked in Plant Engineering Dpt., managing different type of plant erection, commissioning & shifting projects in all aspects; feasibility, planning, scheduling, costing, procurement, contract management, price negotiation, consultant & contractor hiring, budget preparation and monitoring, construction, utility provision, execution and finally report submission of all the expansion projects at both Karachi and Hyderabad plants. Associated in following projects that have been successfully implemented: 1. Cyclopentane Project for the conversion of 4 mega Foaming Plants for Refrigerators and Deep Freezers both at Karachi & Hyderabad for environmental compliance to Montreal Protocol, funded by UNIDO and int l supplier CANNON Italy. 2. Deep Freezer Plant and equipments shifting project from Karachi to Hyderabad factory involving dismantling, rigging, transportation and

3 reinstallation & commissioning. Procurement, installation & erection of new Pre-engineered building from KIRBY building systems. 3. Complete installation & commissioning of EPS block Molding machine from EGE PROSES Turkey at Hyd. plant. 4. Installation & commissioning of Plastic sheet extrusion machine from JWELL China at Hyd. plant. 5. Installation & commissioning of 1800 AV EPS shape molding machine from SCM Taiwan at Hyd. Plant. 6. Installation of 51 ton and 6 ton chillers from VICOT China at Hyd. Plant. 7. Installation of Assembly line for the manufacturing of new product DFD in Hyderabad. 8. Installation and Automation of the 3rd Mixing head at DFD foaming in liaison with KARAMADAN Iran. 9. EPS Plant shifting at Karachi factory involving complete EPC, civil works, fire fighting system, ventilation system, boiler shifting, etc. 10. Things learnt during my project are: Basic and advance knowledge about boiler and major equipments of power plant running with natural gas. Have equipped the boiler with selected devices required for automation through PLC like sensors, controllers etc. Interface the plant control through computer using interfacing software of SIEMENS. Fully capable to create logic diagram in PLC through its software for the automation and control of boiler.
