Strategic geographic location Elinta was founded in 1991 and from the beginning it engages in industrial automation. While expanding our company we began to look for the industrial zone around Kaunas, which would be suitable for our development. We chose Kaunas Free Economic Zone, where we set up in 2007 as the first production company. In the beginning we had some worries - will the Zone continue developing, will more companies simillar to ours settle there? Now I can surely confirm - we really are where we wanted to be. Of course, not only the location is important tax incentives are also one of the benefits. Vytautas Jokuzis director
Land plots with complete infrastructure LAND PLOTS with complete infrastructure Settlement duration and stages Agreement 2-4 weeks Construction process 8-12 months Technical project, preparation of required paperwork 4-6 months Infrastructure up to the land plot Asphalt road Water supply and sewerage system Rainwater drainage system Gas pipeline
Land plots with complete infrastructure While planning the expansion of our company we were looking for a strategically attractive location. One of the main criteria was the duration of the settlement. Kaunas Free Econominc Zone offered us exclusive conditions thanks to which we managed to finish our factory and start business in less than a year time. Dainius Svilpauskas director
Tax incentives TAX INCENTIVES in Kaunas FEZ Investors in logistics or manufacturing of at least 1 million EUR or service of at least 100 thousand EUR benefit from exemption Corporate Tax: No real estate taxes are paid in FEZ territory No taxes on dividends earned by foreign investors (pursuant to the Law on Corporate Income Tax) 100 % exemption during the first 10 years 50% exemption for the following 6 years
Tax incentives Ryterna Group expansion is based on opening new export markets. While doing this, our product stock grow and increase the need of warehousing and production area. This has prompted us to construct new production and warehousing facilities. Luckily in Kaunas FEZ we always had the opportunities to expand according to our business needs. We hope that tax incentives which we have here will accelerate the payback of our investments. Vytautas Rinkevičius director
