17 SKILL DEVELOPMENT OLANO ACADEMY OLANO Academy is a training centre in collaboration with AFTRAL, leader of transport training. Each year, 12 young people are trained in order to reach a diploma of «Technicien Supérieur en Transport et Logistique» (BAC+2) specialized in «FRIGO», including OLANO culture and values. In partnership with FAUVEL FORMATION, 2 new projects in 2017: Formation Management et Comportement Managérial auprès de nos Directeurs Technico- Commerciaux en coaching individuel et collectif sur 18 mois. Professional titles in Transport and Logistics, to train drivers and platform agents to specific requirements, including OLANO culture and values. 16 Proximity Managers who are the transmission belt between management and employees. They act in a logic of continuous progress, guaranteeing customer satisfaction and good social climate in the company. 20 Relay Trainers in the field, whose mission is to train the new drivers in order to acquire know-how and know-being, and be the reference for all drivers of the establishment, with a proximity role.
