We also provide empty depot services at Multan We provide Stevedoring, Container Handling, Storage, Repair, Stuffing/De- Stuffing, Container/cargo Surveying and Transportation, PTI, Reefer monitoring services. We serve a great range of local and international clients. With our experienced staff, well maintained equipment, advanced IT systems, and a strong emphasis on HSSE practices we can deliver first class services and handle any type of Cargo. 9 IT Infrastructure PURPOSE OF IT Department The prime purpose of IT department is to support the objectives of Interocean Cargo Services (Private) Limited by developing good information systems, provide reliable hardware and efficient communications network to obtain maximum productivity out of people and machines while keeping well-defined quality and security standards. These softwares are EDI capable and fulfill Principals, Agents, local authorities and port requirements. ICS uses MS-Exchange server as corporate mailing icspak.com There are proper procedures for the backup of data on daily, weekly and monthly basis. The backup media is stored outside the company premises at a secured vault. ICS IT department is fully equipped with Firewall and Anti Virus hardware/software to protect data from Viruses and Hackers. Due to heavy & critical online usage of the network at ICS, backup servers are ready to be switched on as and when required at an alternate Disaster Recovery site. 9

10 HSSE Employees to wear Company ID card at all times. Keep Fire Extinguishers in good working condition. Keep First Aid boxes hygienically maintained always. Utilization of PPE by Port staff and all Housekeeping/Maintenance staff. Internal reporting/registration mechanism for HSSE initiatives or incident through Quality Management System. Frequent staff Training on HSSE e.g. Basic Fire Fighting/First Aid etc. Comprehensive awareness to all staff on Life Saving Rules. 10
