3 New: Zend Online Reseller Store Resellers can make immediate purchases with software license creation without having to wait for processing of orders by Zend s operations team Authorized Resellers (and Solution Partners) can enter orders directly via the Zend Reseller Store Resellers see Discounted Zend Store Prices according to your company s Discount Level. Any Promotions are also passed on to you. Zend does not require Resellers & Partners to make advance stock orders For purchases under $10,000 you will have to provide immediate payment via Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Bank wire or Paypal to complete the transactions and issue licenses For purchases over $10,000 you should contact your Zend Account Manager for a manual Purchase Order

4 Keep Your Store Updated Zend provides an e-commerce media pack including Product logos, images, descriptions and pricing (MSRP) to keep your online store updated Latest version always Available via Reseller Store login page

5 How to Purchase 1. Login NOTE: Reseller Store capabilities will not work if you purchase via the regular Zend Store. 2. Add to Cart the products your Customer wants 3. At Check Out enter your End User s Zend.com account address or create a new one if they don t have an account

6 Relating Purchases to End Customers You can add details about the purchase to keep track of individual Orders Free text Comment notes such as: your internal tracking or Purchase Order numbers customer details final end user price in your local currency Other information

7 Viewing your Order History Log in to My Account on Zend.com

8 Order History - Reseller View Resellers see previous Transactions as Orders End Users will not see Orders, only Licenses View the Comments from the Order as Notes on the Invoice

9 Order History End Customer View End Users do not see Orders, only Licenses

10 Subscription & Support Renewals Resellers will receive automated s from Zend s systems notifying when the end user licenses are about to expire If you are not interested in these or have no sales team capacity to deal with this renewal business, you can ignore these mails Your customers can either renew directly from Zend online or approach you directly If your customer does not renew their support or subscription by the expiry date, they may be contacted directly by one of Zend's Sales team

11 Getting Started You do not need to register Existing Resellers and Partners are already registered on the Zend Reseller Store with your regular Zend.com login name & password We created 1 login per Reseller/Partner this is the same contact and address of the person who normally purchases from Zend Login via and check you are seeing discounted prices If not, please contact store@zend.com If you need to create additional logins for your company please contact store@zend.com we don t advise this, but for larger partners with regional offices it may make sense
