2 THE COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE Brochures, in their many formats, styles and sizes catalogues, booklets, leaflets, flyers are key marketing communication tools. Often, it is the brochure rather than a salesperson that establishes first contact with a prospective customer; as such it must inform recipients about your goods and services as well as demonstrating the superiority of these over those of competitor in a precise and enlightening manner. At AMS we firmly believe in creating brochures that are impactful, informative and memorable brochures that stand out in the crowd, excite, deliver a strong message and don t just finish up in the wastepaper bin after a first, brief perusal. To help achieve this, often we will go beyond just using graphics and words by creating a unique format for the brochure that will deliver distinctiveness and differentiation. Brochures require words as well as graphic design and we strive to get the perfect balance between the two. We offer creative and effective copywriting services in English, French and Thai languages, and are copywriters work closely with our designers to ensure a harmonious outcome. 3 OUR APPROACH DESIGN BRIEF: Meet with the client to fully understand and agree the objectives. SKETCHING/CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT: As always, we start with a blank sheet of paper, sketching initial ideas, searching for a fresh and unique approach. COPYWRITING: If the client requires this, our writers work with the graphics team to ensure the correct balance is achieved REVISIONS: Develop further the selected option, incorporating client input, and generate high quality visuals. FINAL PRESENTATION: Visuals presented in PDF format and, if required, printed versions. DELIVERY: Artwork provided in all required formats, with full support available if needed. The design copyright is always owned by the client. COMPUTER WORK-UPS: The 2/3 ideas that seem to be working well are computer generated using state of the art software. FIRST PRESENTATION: Meet with the client to present these first concepts. Identify the one that all agree is the most appealing. AMS has, over the past few years, developed an excellent relationship with two highly professional and reliable printers in Bangkok. We created a unique glacier-shaped format to reflect the branding and displayed the new and extensive product range in a clean and fresh style, with great attention to detail. AMS BROCHURE To celebrate AMS s 5 th Anniversary and to demonstrate our ability to create memorable and impactful brochures, we recently produced our own, to promote the company and its activities. We developed a unique square shaped cover similar to an LP record sleeve which opens up to a design that springs out into a large single page; a flowing graphic design outlines all the areas in which AMS operates. Each insert was individually hand folded and glued, requiring enormous expertise and attention to detail.

ASIA WORLD ENTERPRISE This leading South-East Asian travel organization has, for 15 years, been specializing in planning spectacular vacations, and for much of that time AMS has been involved with

We designed this impressive and classy brochure which perfectly captures the elegance of French cuisine within a natural and healthy ambience. We were also responsible for copywriting and printing. ASIA WORLD ENTERPRISE This leading South-East Asian travel organization has, for 15 years, been specializing in planning spectacular vacations, and for much of that time AMS has been involved with the company on a wide range of projects, including the re-design of its logo. We recently developed a new brochure to promote its range of services to travel agents outlets that get inundated from many different suppliers. To achieve memorable impact, we created this unique format a landscaped folded layout in the longest possible printing configuration. Card was die-cut with circular cut outs and curved edges to add distinctiveness, and images were given laminated finishes to enhance the brochure s appeal.

We created these action packed folding leaﬂets with a detailed montage of photographic images, provided by the client, which graphically illustrates all the fun and excitement of the activities. EXOTISSIMO We designed a 150 page catalogue template for this South East Asian travel organization. The catalogue features sections for each of 7 Asian countries, complete with highly detailed, atlas-standard maps, and with key tours highlighted in detail. There was a huge amount of information exchange during the design process, and page layouts required a high level of detail. We were also responsible for the production of all the artwork.

MINOR INTERNATIONAL This organization is one of the largest hospitality and leisure operation in South East Asia, with over 80 hotels and resorts and 200 retail outlets.

It controls franchised operations for many famous brands including Marriott, Four Seasons, Swenson s, The Pizza Company and Sizzler. We created the logo and template for the company s visually stunning and sumptuous Footprint magazine, a quarterly publication that features luxury holiday destinations aaround the world. VAGABOND A family owned American company, Vagabond specializes in the manufacture of exquisite hand crafted luxury tableware, using only the finest, and most durable, natural materials. In order to promote their collections in Thailand, we were asked to create a range of brochures that truly reflected the values and ethos of the organization; we produced an exclusive range of eight that are presented in a tasteful outer box.
