6 Invest in your success Register online from 1 February 2017 onwards: The deadline for new exhibitor registration is 30 June Exhibiting fees without stand construction or equipment, per m 2 of floor space Minimum stand size: 9m 2 For two-storey stands (possible above 50 m 2 of floor space), the price per m 2 of upper floor space is calculated as 35% of the relevant ground floor space price for row stands row stand Open on 1 side Corner stand Open on 2 sides Head stand Open on 3 sides Block stand Open on 4 sides 169 * /m * /m * /m * /m 2 Preise Minimum ab size: 9 m 2 Registration fee The registration fee amounts to 400 * and is deducted in full from the exhibiting fee on approval. We can only process your registration once the registration fee has been received. The registration fee is returned to you in the case of non-approval. Marketing package The obligatory marketing package costing 300 * includes the following services: Company listing in the official print and online media for the Spielwarenmesse Link to the company website and address in the online catalogue Trade fair calendar entries Invitation vouchers for ten free one-day tickets *All prices are subject to the addition of the statutory rate of VAT, see item 6 of the Rules for Exhibitors 2018, as well as other fees, e.g. AUMA fee, marketing package. A full m 2 is charged for every m 2 or part thereof.
