Prominent display of your logo on the home page of the Conference website and during the General Sessions. Prominent display of your logo on the Sponsors page of the Conference website, with a link to the website of your company or institution. Your logo displayed on the Conference advertisements and in the marketing campaigns with acknowledgement of your sponsorship category. Display of your logo in full-colors on SAHIC s mobile APP with a hyperlink to your website. One dedicated post in social media of your company s sponsorship. One color advertisement page in the Conference Official Catalog (Patrons section). Brand positioning: Badges for all company members attending SAHIC, identifying them as Patron of the conference. Speaking or moderating opportunity (if content appropriate). Opportunity to nominate a representative from the Patron s company to become part of the Planning Committee for the current edition of SAHIC (subject to approval by the Organizers). Opportunity to upgrade your exhibit table by turning into a stand of 8 sq.m. - Benefits with additional cost. In each case, priority will be given in the order in which agreements by Patrons and the written applications for these additional benefits are received. This benefits is subject to the availability of space within the host hotel, on the grounds that SAHIC aims to find the hotel with the greatest capacity within the host city each year - Opportunity to choose your exhibit table or stand from the booth s plan of the exhibition hall, to secure your best location. - In the event that more than one Patron choose the same option, it will be resolved by drawing lots - Opportunity to upgrade the location of your advertisement page in the Conference Official Catalog (back cover or inside covers). - Benefits with additional cost. In each case, priority will be given in the order in which agreements by Patrons and the written applications for these additional benefits are received. In the event that more than one Patron chooses the same option, it will be resolved by drawing lots - Opportunity to provide a prize to the prize drawing to take place during SAHIC Cuba Networking: Advance list of Conference participants to facilitate meeting planning and networking (four preliminary lists to be sent 4, 3, 2 and 1 week prior to the conference. The final list will be sent one week after the end of the Conference).
