4 PEEK-CN-FDA Material Data Sheet PK100-CN Polyetheretherketone PK100 CN (FDA) General PK100-CN is a brown-beige (natural) high-performance thermoplastic commonly referred to as PEEK. The material has excellent physical and chemical properties to serve a wide range of applications at high temperatures where outstanding mechanical stability and rigidity are necessary. PK100-CN has good tribological characteristics and is recommended for precision parts, where close tolerances are required. PK100-CN is approved for the use of applications in contact with foodstuff. 6 PTFE-B40 Material Data Sheet T110-B40 PTFE-B40 T110 - brown General T110-B40 is a PTFE (Polytetrafluorethylene) filled with 40% bronze in brown colour. Due to the filling, the material is more resistant to cold flow and provides the necessary properties to be used as composite seals with energizer to withstand high pressures. The chemical resistance and temperature range is similar to virgin PTFE, which makes it a very universal sealing material. T110-B40 should not be used for dynamic applications in water. 7 PTFE-C5 Material Data Sheet T15-C5 PTFE-C5 T15 - black General T15-C5 is a PTFE (Polytetrafluorethylene) filled with 5% carbon powder. Due to the filling, the material is more resistant to cold flow and provides the necessary properties to be used as composite seals with energizer to withstand high pressures. The chemical resistance and temperature range is similar to virgin PTFE, and it is mainly used in rotary applications. T110-B40 should not be used for dynamic applications in water. 9 PTFE-FVMoS Material Data Sheet T105-G PTFE-F T105 - grey General T105-G is a PTFE (Polytetrafluorethylene) filled with 15% glass and 5% Molybdenum Disulfide (MoS) in grey colour. Due to the filling, the material is more resistant to cold flow and provides the necessary properties to be used as composite seals with energizer to withstand high pressures. It has a similar chemical resistance like virgin PTFE and can be used in the same temperature range, which makes it a very universal sealing material. T105-G should not be used for dynamic applications in water. 10 PTFE-P-W FDA Material Data Sheet T101-W PTFE-P T101 white (FDA) General T101-W is a virgin PTFE (Polytetrafluorethylene) commonly referred to as Teflon or TFE in white colour. The material has outstanding chemical properties and the lowest coefficient of friction of any solid material. The wide range of temperature (-00 to +60) and the mechanical properties make T101-W a universally usable material for a wide range of applications. Although, T101-W should not be used for dynamic applications in water. PTFE-P T101 white is approved for the use of applications in contact with foodstuff. 11 UHMW PE FDA Material Data Sheet UHMW-PE UHMW-PE white (FDA) General UHMW-PE (ultra high molecular weight Polyethylene), also known as PE-1000, is a thermoplastic polymer in white translucent colour. The material has excellent chemical properties as well as good sliding properties and oxidation resistance. The minimum service temperature of -00 makes it an optimal material for low temperature applications. Due to the minimal moisture absorption it is mainly used for applications in water. UHMW-PE white is approved for the use of applications in contact with foodstuff.
