Stage 1 The charter f vluntary cmmitments Apprach in 4 stages Prepare the prject What is the maturity f the cmpany? Check if it is the mment t implement the prcess (need t cntrl and mnitr several peratinal data) What human, financial and rganizatinal needs? Stage 2 Making the diagnsis CO 2 and define the baseline.
