Main Activities and Respnsibilities Operatins Assist the shipbard teams and Htel Operatins Directrs with peple planning by taking a practive apprach t planning the htel department resurce requirements and rtatins within budget. T minimise shrt term changes and shrtfalls. Manage the administratin f the Wrkfrce Plan n behalf f the team. T represent Htel Operatins at peple planning related meetings. T represent Htel Operatins n peple related develpment prjects, including but nt limited t: Page 1 f 5

2 Review f Peple Related Plicies and Prcedures Payrll Change Prject Incentive and Gratuity Prjects Peple Basics T lead and c rdinate a wide range f stakehlders t develp, implement and manage a Htel Cmpetency and Reward framewrk, ensuring a rbust talent pipeline and successin planning. T represent Htel Operatins in any frmal disciplinary r grievance hearings, ensuring fair and bjective utcmes. T feedback any learnings r actins t the shipbard team. Oversee HOD Tur f Duty Lgs, Annual Appraisals and 360 degree feedback fr Htel Officers. Cnduct half year and annual calibratin f perfrmance ratings and advise and administer apprpriate bnus incentive awards as per the annual incentive plan. Regularly review Htel (nn-smt) Officer perfrmance results, analysing trends and using this data t shape areas f fcus. T make welfare calls t Htel Officers n lng term sick and maternity leave. Financial Respnsibilities In cnjunctin with the Htel Operatins Directrs, Finance and shipbard teams cntribute t the setting f the Department headcunt budgets. Prvide supprt t the Htel Operatins Directrs by regularly mnitring the adherence t peple related financial budgets and Balanced Business Screcard measures, ensuring that the apprpriate steps are made t meet such targets. In cnjunctin with the Htel Operatins Directrs t ensure that the Htel Operatins Department maximises any peple related cst management/efficiency pprtunities. Custmer Respnsibilities (Internal & External Custmers) T ensure the Htel Operatins Department prvides the highest levels f service t all custmers bth internally and externally. Be a leader in ship persnnel supprt fr Htel Operatins T build a strng service ethic within a multi brand envirnment and t encurage rbust and balanced relatinships with supprt services and brand teams. 3 Supprt and administer the enabling data fr Htel Officer career prgressin. Using this data, mnitr the levels f cmpetence and perfrmance acrss the Fleet. T ensure that statutry and cdes f gd practice are maintained in cnjunctin with the Cmpany s Fleet Instructins and ther statutry and legal requirements. T play a central c rdinatin and cmmunicatin rle between ship and shre including cllating, assimilating and disseminating infrmatin. T take a prject management apprach t planning, develping and cmpleting wrklad, t ensure all wrk is delivered n time. Other Respnsibilities As part f the senir Htel Operatins supprt team, t assist with day t day peratinal issues (including emergency cver) and representing Htel Operatins in meetings as and when necessary. Adhere t Crprate Plicies and Prcedures, including Cde f Cnduct, Audit Prcedures and any cntrl related respnsibility fr financial data entered, stred, r reprted via business systems within emplyee cntrl (list nt exhaustive). Undertake general duties as required within area f respnsibility as directed by senir management in line with the verall business strategy.
